It's best to be in an upright position with your spine long and a place where you can breathe easily so your belly is relaxed.

And again,

If that's not possible,

Either sitting on the floor or chair,

Please lie down and make sure you're comfortable on your back.

Let's take a big breath in and a long,

Slow breath out.

One more time like that.
