I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I allow myself to let go of those thoughts that are making me feel unsafe.

Let go of those stories I am being told or holding onto that do not support me in feeling safe.

For I am safe and I am supported by the universe and the earth and the ground I stand on supports me and I have everything I need inside me.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

To start to pay attention to your breath as you breathe in saying the words slowly I am safe.

Take a moment to hold that sensation in your heart as you pause and on your exhalation sigh out all the worries,

The anxiety,

The stress.

So breathing in a natural pattern for you and observe if you can slow your words down as you go along.

Breathing in I am safe.

Pause.

Feel it.

Really feel that.

Let it out.

See that land outside your body.

I am safe.

Feel those words land in your body.

Feel them land in your heart.

Let out the stress,

The worry,

The anxiety and see it settle outside of you,

Away from you.

Brush it away.

It's no longer yours to hold.

So keep focusing on your breath at the rate that suits you.

But being aware are you able to slow down?

Keep the words coming into your mind.

Find them in your body.

Feel them.

Feel them grow in your body like a light that is getting brighter and brighter.

And say those words as many times as you need to.

I am safe.

Feel those words feel stronger.

Feel them grow.

Feel them support you.

Let them give you strength.

Let those words give you resilience.

Feel them and believe them.

I am safe.

I am safe.

Notice has your breath slowed down?

Notice if the words feel stronger in your body.

I am safe.

Feel the ground support you.

Feel the strength of the earth.

Feel the strength of the sky.

Feel the strength of your bones.

And the support of your tissues.

All come together.

In this very moment.

To hold and support you.

To allow you to rise up.

With your inner strength and your resilience.

Allowing your innate wisdom to guide you.

I am safe.

I am safe.

Just what I needed to hear. I've been listening on repeat, as an antidote to all I've been hearing this last year. I am safe.
