Good morning.

Good morning to this new day.

A new day for new thoughts,

New opportunities,

New ways of thinking,

New ways of being.

Feel your body come awake with every breath.

Draw in the day,

Draw in this beautiful new morning.

Draw in this gift of life.

We cannot control what goes on around us,

But we can control what goes on within us.

So however you are feeling right now,

Whatever is showing up in you,

Let's take a moment to just acknowledge,

A moment to be aware without chasing the thought,

Without going into a story,

Without attachment,

Just be aware.

Start to take your attention to your breath.

Breathe in the beginning of the day,

Breathe in the beginning of the smile.

And as you exhale,

Sigh,

Let out any tension,

Any residue,

Sleep,

Any negative,

Unhelpful thought or narratives,

Let them all go.

Breathe in a smile and let go of anything that doesn't serve you or support you.

Allow your lips to slightly turn up as you breathe in.

Relax your jaw on your exhale and feel your body soften with every breath as you draw in new life.

Find opportunities to change the way you think,

To rewire your brain,

To rewire your thought process,

Swapping any negative emotion for a positive affirmation.

Draw in the beginning of a smile,

Draw in joy and as you exhale,

Let go,

Let go of unhelpful narratives.

Breathe in your beautiful day.

Feel the rise and fall of your belly.

As you draw that breath right the way down to a full,

Glorious,

Steady breath.

Bring the energy in from the earth,

From the sky and breathe out any residue,

Anything that doesn't help.

Breathing the morning,

Breathe in the beautiful sunshine and all her gifts.

Breathe in the earth with her support.

Breathe in the energy and let it circulate around your body.

Feel it right into your heart,

Feel your lungs expand.

Feel it into your organs,

Feel it into your cells and your tissues.

Breathe in your beautiful day.

Feel your body glow,

Feel your body shine.

Feel the fire in your belly come alive.

Breathe in vitality.

Breathe in resilience.

Breathe in love.

Breathe in life.

Breathe in joy.

Breathe in acceptance.

Breathe in your worthiness,

For you are enough.

Just breathe.

Breathe softly.

Breathe gently.

Breathe rhythmically.

Breathe.

Feel the breath flow like waves through your body.

Feel it spiral and undulate and pulse.

Bring in everything to life.

Bring in everything awake.

Breathe.

Breathe in the light.

Breathe in the shine.

Breathe in the joy.

Breathe in that child like you with no inhibitions.

With curiosity.

With playfulness.

With acceptance.

Breathe in the joy.

Breathe.

Feel proud.

Feel strong.

Feel resilient.

Feel open and receptive.

Feel full of life.

Feel full.

Feel expansive.

Breathe.

Just breathe.

Breathe softly.

Breathe gently.

Breathe rhythmically.

And as you feel full and light,

You are able to step into your day.

So gently start to move your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

And allow some movement in your spine.

Allowing your spine to feel like a river.

And with fluid movement,

Just arching and curling your spine.

Letting it wash through you.

Letting your spine come to life with new vitality.

With flow of movement.

Start to rock your pelvis forwards and backwards.

Just gently.

Just whatever feels right for you right now.

And take your arms by your side.

Take a breath in,

Reach up to the sky,

Lift your heart.

Bring your hands to Namaste and draw them down to your heart.

Relax your arms by your side and take a breath in,

Reach the arms up,

Look to the sky,

Lift your heart.

You're in this beautiful day,

This beautiful moment,

This precious time.

And come back down with your Namaste hands to your heart.

Just draw that in,

Receive.

Fill yourself up.

Relax your arms,

Breathe in one more time,

Reaching the arms up,

Lift your heart,

Gaze at the sky,

Gaze at the sun.

And draw your hands back to your heart.

Receive.

Enjoy.

And enjoy your day.
