My name is Saqib and today I will make you meet your Gajan angel.
This term Gajan angel might sound something full of fantasy,
But if we understand what a Gajan angel really is,
We will know that not only a Gajan angel exists,
But we all have our own Gajan angel.
This universe is not only limited to what we experience in this physical reality,
But includes many other dimensions.
And apart from us earthlings,
There are many other souls inhabiting the universe.
We are intrinsically connected to this web of infinite souls and each one of us is supported or protected by an energy which is a part of this infinite universe.
It is this energy that I call the guardian angel.
Your Gajan angel not only protects you,
But also loves you unconditionally and guides your life at each and every step.
And when we listen deeply to what it says,
We call it intuition.
So let your Gajan angels support you in relaxing and sleeping tonight.
Before you meet your Gajan angel,
We will start the meditation with some yoga nidra practices.
See if you can shift your body into a more relaxed posture.
Be as relaxed as you can be.
Keep your eyes open for now and focus your awareness at a point on the wall or the roof directly in the line of your sight.
If it's too dark and you can't see the wall or the roof,
Then focus your awareness at any point in the darkness.
Let your gaze be a soft gaze.
Don't strain your eyes.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Let's first set our sankalpa or intention for having quality sleep.
I will say the words of sankalpa and either you can repeat after me in your heart or just listen to my words.
It's up to you.
I give deep rest and relaxation to my mind and my body.
And now,
Let's be thankful.
Many of us rarely remember to consciously thank the universe,
Or God,
Or collective consciousness,
Or whatever we believe in.
So this is a good opportunity to do it.
Be thankful for whatever you wish to be.
I will be silent for a couple of minutes while you complete your thanksgiving.

Now,
We will bring our sankalpa into manifestation by visualizing it.
Visualize yourself in your imagination that you are sleeping deeply with full rest and relaxation.
See that there is peace within you.
There is a faint smile on your face while you are sleeping.
This smile is due to the deep relaxation that your mind and body has achieved.
Feel that peace and relaxation in your mind and the whole body.
And now,
It's time to meet your guardian angel.
Imagine a ball of golden white light glowing in front of you,
Just about the size of your own body.
This is your guardian angel and it will support you with this meditation.
Inhale white light from this ball of light and as you breathe in,
Feel it relaxing and calming your body.
And as you exhale,
Imagine the white light going back into the ball.
Now,
Take a deep breath in and imagine white light entering your body through your nose.
And exhale white light from your mouth back into the ball.
Again,
Deep breath in and exhale white light from your nose through your nose.
Again,
Deep breath in and exhale.
Take three more deep breaths and feel your body deeply relaxing.
Now,
Take a deep breath in and exhale white light from your mouth back into the ball.
And exhale white light from your mouth back into the ball.
And exhale white light from your mouth back into the ball.
And now,
Your guardian angel will further relax your body by making you aware of each and every part of your own body.
For this,
Your guiding angel has given you a ring of bright white light which will scan your body from head to toe.
So,
Imagine a ring of light encircling your head.
Feel this ring of light deeply soothing and relaxing your head.
And now,
In your imagination,
Move this ring down from your head to your neck and feel each and every part of your face and neck relaxing through which this ring passes.
And now,
Move this ring down from your neck till your chest and feel your chest muscles loosening and relaxing.
You can increase or decrease the size of this ring depending upon the size of the body part through which it passes.
And now,
Move it down from your chest to your stomach and encircling your arms.
Move this ring of white light from your stomach to your thighs now including your hands,
Your hips and your pelvis and feel each of those parts relaxing.
And now,
From your thighs to your knees.
From your knees to your ankles.
And finally,
Let this ring of light encircle your feet and provide deep relaxation to your feet.
Your guardian angel is longing to give you a warm loving embrace.
So imagine this ball of light coming closer to you and finally taking you in its arms and giving you a tight loving hug.
As it is hugging you,
It is merging with your body and providing even further relaxation to your body.
Now check if there are any thoughts in your mind right now.
Just be aware of these thoughts.
Imagine these thoughts as bubbles rising in front of you with each thought representing one bubble.
In your imagination,
Pop these bubbles of thoughts one by one with a slight touch of your finger.
Just in your imagination.
The gateway to the world of sleep is through the heart.
So now,
We will journey from our mind to our heart and into a place of silence and stillness where we will rest,
Relax and sleep deeply.
For this,
We will move our awareness from the mind to the throat,
To the heart and into the place of silence and stillness.
So bring your awareness now at the point between your eyebrows.
Gradually,
Move your awareness downwards and place your awareness at your throat and the centre of your neck.
And now,
Move your awareness further downwards and place it at the centre of your chest.
From here,
We will journey inwards to a place of silence,
A place of stillness,
A place of pure being.
This place is deep within us.
Descend down to that place as I guide you.
I will be counting back from ten to one.
And as I do so with each count,
Imagine as if you are descending one step into that place of silence,
Stillness and sleep.
Once you reach that place of pure being,
Just relax there by simply listening to the music in the background for some time as you go deeper and deeper into the world of sleep.
