Pratyahara means withdrawal. In this Yoga Nidra practice for deep sleep, Saqib will guide you to withdraw your awareness first from the external world, then from your body, then from your breath, and finally from your mind, so that you can enter your inner being which has the characteristics of silence and stillness.
