“the world may be dark, but i can be light.” i’ve always been a bit of a jester. i can’t stay afloat if the people around me are drowning, so i do everything i can to help people laugh. in treatments i was in it was viewed as simply a coping mechanism, which is true, but this is how i view it. the world is so dark, it feels important to be a candle in it and nurture my own flame with the attention i give to the rest of the world. it comes back in turn. thank you for this, it was wonderful.

I highly recommend this, not only as a meditation, but as a form of spiritual nourishment throughout the day. To gain an understanding into this particular scripture written by the apostle Paul, and it’s practical application to everyday life.

This opened my eyes and my heart to who Paul is and what an amazing man he was. I feel a sense of closeness to the book of Philippians I have not felt before.
