Gillian Coutts

Gill is a human being, navigating her way through the world with a focus on ease, awareness, and kindness. For the past eleven years, she has run leadership retreats with Potential Project. She also serves on a couple of company boards, and is the proud parent of three boys with her husband Steve. However, in June 2022, she experienced a major stroke, which understandably slowed her down. Despite this, Gill remains her determined, curious, and resourceful self at her core, now learning more about herself, and life, than ever before. Gill is nurturing, deeply curious, and unwaveringly determined not to let the stroke define her. In her not so spare time, Gill is writing an autobiography and features on ABC Australia radio in a segment called "STROKE OF LUCK" with her friend who also experienced a stroke 20 years prior to Gill. Gill has a mission, enable people to find their way in this uncertain and over-hyped world. She also serves on a couple of company boards, and is the proud parent of three boys with her husband Steve.

Thank you, I found the idea of breaking the day down into timed sections a good reflection and way to focus the mind.

When used as an introduction to gentle way to train one’s focus, this is excellent. To make it more complete as a practice, I’d love it if there were more long pauses to drop into the actual practice, as attending to your words and also the breath, and/or counting, etc. simultaneously didn’t feel doable. Thank you!

Very helpful. Time much more well spent than frantically typing an email for 3 min between calls. Thank you

A very thoughtful and peaceful transition. Thank you for the useful gift of this meditation, and for the difference that it will make to us, and to those with whom we will be meeting - and also to the more effective actions we will take following the meeting, because we will have been more engaged with it, and with one another. Thanks for being helpful in an often challenging time!

Lovely. Thank you for the quiet. No music. No sounds. No distractions. Just your calm, quiet, slow voice. Thank you. 🙏🏼
