This is part 1 of a series of meditations based on the attitudes we develop from practising mindfulness, but also the stance we attempt to bring to our sitting. This session is on Non-judging. We look at how instantly we judge whether something is good or bad, we like or don't like it, but this then brings resistance, and this is what causes us pain. Bringing awareness to our tendency to judge can help us reduce feelings of frustration and disappointment
