We are in a sense all energy and sometimes we need to lift our energies to that healing level.
Let's begin.
Please remain standing.
Get ready to wipe clean that energy field.
Connect to your breath and take a big deep breath in now and push every last breath out.
Now very loudly clap your hands in front of you ten times right now.
And shake those hands any way you wish.
Let's wipe down the aura by simply using your hands and stroke down the hair.
The hair as if wringing out excess water.
Then use your hands to wipe down both shoulders.
And wipe down the arms all the way down to the fingertips.
And wipe down the front of your body,
The abdomen.
And reach and wipe down your back.
Then wipe down the legs,
The legs front and back.
And shake the feet,
Keep shaking the feet.
Please take two steps forward.
Standing still take a full deep breath in and push every last breath out.
Connecting now to the abundance of earth,
Mother earth.
So think and focus on the feet.
And feel the beginning of new roots.
New roots going strong and deep into mother earth.
Anchoring all the way to the centre.
To the abundance,
The beauty of mother earth.
Feel present,
Feel you belong,
Feel alive.
Feel amazing and completely supported.
Ready to welcome in all the abundance of the magic of beautiful mother earth.
Feel grounded,
Feel powerful.
Setting the intention to attract and connect to all things abundant.
See abundance all around you.
Feel that living energy of life.
Ready to attract the best and highest energies of love and light.
Acknowledge you are love,
You are light.
You are grounded,
You belong to this abundance.
Ready to continue forwards now positively with gratitude.
