Allow your eyes to comfortably close.

And breathe out the last few moments.

Let them flow out and away on your breath.

And breathe out the last few hours.

Let them flow out and away on your breath.

Breathe out the last few days.

Let them flow out and away on your breath.

Breathe out the last few weeks and months.

Let them flow out and away.

Let everything flow out and away on your breath.

And settle into this moment here.

Away from all the other moments,

All the other thoughts,

All the other feelings,

All the other breaths.

Come down to settle here in this moment.

And allow a space to open up around you that's just for you.

It can be as large as you like.

Take as much space as you need.

Space to breathe with.

Breathe with this space.

And let it nourish you.

As you breathe.

Notice how your breath connects you with the space.

As you breathe in from it and breathe out again into it.

Savour the deliciousness of air as it flows in and out.

Have all of this space to breathe from.

Breathe from this space.

And allow everything to be just as it is.

Sensations,

Thoughts,

Feelings.

Just notice them as they arise.

Let them be there.

Breathe into them.

Let them soften.

Soften and flow out and away on your breath.

In their own time.

You can take your time.

Each layer surfacing when it's ready.

Softening and releasing on your breath.

Your healing breath.

As the layers within you soften.

Layer by layer.

In their own time.

Healing in their own time.

Sit back into the arms of the present moment.

And let time come to you.

No need to move towards it.

Let time come to you.

Each moment unfolding.

Each moment just as it is.

No need to do anything.

Just breathing with the moment and letting it go.

Letting it pass through.

As you breathe.

Allow the ground beneath you to support you.

Let it take more of your weight.

Supported by ground.

Sitting back into the arms of the present.

Imagine the past flowing ahead of you like a gentle river into the future.

And flowing behind you into the past.

The past and future beating in the space you occupy.

Here,

In this present moment.

This path asks nothing from you.

Demands nothing of you.

It just is.

And accepts you completely as you are right now.

Nothing along the path has been wasted.

Every experience,

Every moment,

Part of its rich tapestry.

The past seamlessly flowing into the present.

The present flowing into the future.

A continuum.

An organic process.

Your soul's journey in flow.

The past and future meeting here.

Each moment unfolding the next.

No need to travel forward or back.

This moment complete in itself.

Past,

Present,

Future.

All one river flowing in and out on your breath.

No need to strive.

No need to try hard.

The next moment and the past moment already on their way into being.

Everything birthed in the present moment.

Here.

Gently lean back into the present moment.

And let it hold you a while.

Allow yourself just to be.

All ready.

In your own time,

Feel the ground beneath your body.

Become aware of the space around you.

Breathe into your core.

And when you are ready,

You can draw this meditation to a close.
