Magic wand meditation.

Sit or lie down and close your eyes.

Make sure that you're comfortable.

Then you go with your attention to your breath.

Just observe how your breath is in this moment.

If you feel that it's still a little high,

You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper.

When you're lying or sitting like this,

You can feel the breath in your body.

When you're lying or sitting like this,

You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.

Breathe slowly and deeply,

Feeling more and more relaxed.

Now imagine that you are walking in the forest.

There are so many beautiful trees and you feel the magic and the power of the trees.

Being close to the trees makes you calmer and more and more relaxed.

Slowly walking there,

You start feeling more and more grounded and more and more relaxed.

With every step you feel more connected to the earth.

Keep breathing deeply and slowly,

Feeling more and more relaxed.

While you're walking in the forest,

Enjoying the magical feeling the trees give you and the wonderful connection with nature,

Suddenly you notice something strange flying slowly through the trees.

You move closer and you see that it's a wand,

A real magical wand.

You are stunned and you stand still for a moment.

Then the wand holds still in front of you.

You hesitate for a moment,

But then you take the wand in your hand.

As soon as you touch the wand you feel its magic.

It's an amazing magical feeling.

But you don't know how you can use it,

Or if you can use it at all.

While wondering what to do with it,

You see a piece of paper appear with a message about the wand.

It says,

Think about a situation in the past that still makes you feel sad,

Angry,

Upset or anything else that is not a nice feeling.

Then wave the wand and let its magic work.

The magic will take out the hard feelings,

Like taking away thorns.

It won't change the situation,

But it will change your feelings and perception about it.

Now that you know what to do with the wand,

You think of a situation that you'd like the wand to do its magic on.

Continue breathing deeply and slowly,

And wave the wand.

You feel a magical energy surrounding you.

It's an amazing magical feeling.

And you feel the magic slowly filling your body.

Little by little the magic fills your body,

Healing every part of you from the effects of this situation you chose.

As the magic fills you more and more,

You feel lighter and more and more relaxed.

The magic is cleaning your energy,

Making you feel happy and peaceful.

You feel how the magic is filling your body and clearing your energy.

You feel that it relaxes you even more.

Every part of your body is relaxing now.

Your legs,

Your belly,

Your back,

Your chest.

It all relaxes now.

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your neck,

Your head,

Your face.

And even your mind.

While you keep breathing slowly and deeply,

You let the magic do its work.

Until you notice that the wand is finished.

For now.

You feel that you're filled with this magical energy,

And you know that it will continue to work if that's necessary.

You let go of the wand,

Knowing that you can always come back here and use it again.

And now with this feeling of being filled with magic and feeling light and peaceful,

You can slowly come back to the here and now.

Back to the place where you're lying or sitting.

Slowly you start moving a little,

And when you're ready,

You open your eyes.
