Hello and welcome to this guided meditation designed to make you feel extra cozy,
Warm,
Loved and peaceful.
To begin this meditation,
I highly recommend making yourself as comfortable as possible.
So I'll give you some time to create your little nest.
Maybe grab a blanket or a pillow.
Whatever you need to do to really be able to let go and relax.
And once you're feeling nice and cozy,
Just start to close your eyes softly and tune into your breathing.
Nice and slow.
Breathing down now,
Breathing in and out,
Softening your mind.
And for this experience,
I ask the angels of healing light to be with us now,
Calling on Archangel Raphael to bring his light to us so that we may use it at this time.
Start to notice the light coming to you now and bring it into your heart.
Start to feel this glowing green,
Soft,
Warm,
Tender light starting to radiate from your heart center.
And it slowly drips down your chest and it starts to radiate through your whole chest cavity,
Filling it with that warm,
Glowing,
Loving light.
Feel your chest expand as it moves this light within you.
Feel the light growing up to your shoulders,
Moving down your arms,
Slowly creeping,
Making its way past your elbows,
Down to your wrists,
And covering your hands.
Notice how this light is starting to cover you,
Soothe you,
Heal you,
Soften you.
Bring the light back to your heart and allow it to wrap around your abdomen,
Moving from your stomach to your back,
Wrapping back around your stomach and your back,
Moving its way as it wraps around you,
All the way down to your lower back and your pelvis.
And then it moves down the back of your legs,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
And your feet.
And then it comes up the front of your legs,
Covering your shins,
Your knees,
The front of your thighs and inner thighs,
All the way up your lower belly,
Back up to your stomach,
Your chest,
And it returns to your heart and that green glow is there again.
Put your hand on your heart and feel it.
Feel the glow,
Feel the warmth,
Feel the love.
Breathe into it,
Allow it to fill you up.
And now feel that warmth rising from your chest into your neck.
Covering your jaw,
Covering the sides of your head over your ears.
It's coming up the back of your neck,
Back of your head,
Top of your head,
And then it slowly makes its way down your forehead,
Past your eyes,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Over your lips,
Over your chin,
And back down the front of your neck and back into your heart.
And see that green light shooting out from your heart center.
Feel this light covering every inch of you now.
You are encapsulated by this healing,
Warm,
Loving light.
You are at ease,
Your body is relaxed and soft.
From top to toe,
Feel the light at your heart again and watch it shoot out in front of you and it creates a bubble all around you.
Not only do you feel this light in every inch of you,
But you can feel it surrounding you from the outside,
Protecting you,
Nurturing you,
Holding you,
Loving you,
Guiding you,
Keeping you safe and warm.
Bring your hands to your heart center and set an intention for your day.
How would you like your day to go?
Intentions are more powerful when they are spoken aloud,
Even if it's just a whisper.
So try that now and feel that intention in your heart.
Feel the energy of that intention and know that it will be.
That is the power of your intention.
Your mind and your body will follow.
Bow your head in gratitude and say thank you and so it is.
Bring your hands into your lap and before you open your eyes,
Just know that the slower you move today,
The more intention you have,
The more thoughtful you are,
The more this light will stay with you.
You can move throughout your day from this space you are in now,
But it requires you to be thoughtful.
It requires you to be soft.
It requires you to move with grace and intention,
Kindness.
So see if you can do that.
Before you open your eyes,
Before you get up,
Tell yourself you'll try that today.
Move a little slower.
Hold on to this.
See how long you can make it last.
