Belief clearing meditation.
This meditation is inspired by the teachings of Joe Dispenza,
As well as karmic healer John Jones and other processes of hypnosis and meditations that we've integrated into this practice.
By practicing this meditation,
You can get to the root of your beliefs and transmute their energy,
Using for fuel the energy of your positive and elevated states of emotions and integrating all beliefs and the energy of all beliefs into your system so that you can begin to resonate with who you truly want to be and what you truly want to experience.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down.
Once you're comfortable,
Ground yourself in your body,
Align yourself to feel what you feel and close your eyes.
Intend to relax and feel the muscles around your eyes and the muscles of your face become very soft,
Very relaxed.
Notice how good it feels to relax your face in this way,
To let go of the tension,
Of the stress.
And now bring this level of relaxation to the rest of your body,
From the top of your head all the way down to your toes.
Just relax.
Let go.
And as you relax and let go,
Become aware of your body and the space of your body.
And your body.
Becoming aware of the space that your body occupies in space.
Aware that you're aware of the space of your body and the dark space around you.
Relaxing into this awareness.
While you continue to relax,
To maintain your awareness of your body in space.
Become aware of a belief.
Something you believe about yourself that is not helping you,
That is not supportive of your intentions and goals.
A statement or a sentence that you hear your inner voice repeating whenever you get triggered by an external situation.
This belief may be more conscious or more subconscious depending on whether you've looked at it before or whether it's gotten triggered before.
Simply allow yourself to connect and identify one belief that is not serving you in your life right now and that you want to let go of.
For instance,
The belief could be,
I'm not good enough.
Or I have failed.
Or I've made mistakes.
Or I can never achieve what I want to achieve.
Whatever it is,
Just become aware of it and become aware of the limitations that this belief creates in your life.
How having this belief is not supporting you in achieving your highest and best good and living the life that you want to live.
Now as you become aware of this belief,
Either in the form of a sentence,
A statement or an image or a feeling,
However you experience it,
See if you can explore and identify where this belief is located in your body,
In your physical body.
Where do you feel it the most?
And when you get in touch with this belief,
How does it feel?
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
What do you hear?
Are there any memories associated with this belief?
Emotions,
Sadness,
Resentment,
Pain.
Become aware of all of it.
Any and all things associated with this belief.
As this belief continues to surface and transform,
Maybe the words,
The memories,
The images,
The statements change as you look at it.
Maybe you see symbols.
Whatever you experience as you look at this belief,
As you explore it,
Just let it come up and experience it.
As you experience this belief,
Become aware of the energy of this belief,
How much energy it has,
How much you've invested in this belief,
How much of your time,
How much of your life,
Of your relationships,
Of your energy has been consumed by this belief.
And as you become aware of the implications of this belief on your system,
On your energy,
On your time,
On your relationships,
On your life,
Choose in this moment that you're going to clear this belief,
That you're going to let it go,
Release it.
And now connect to a vision of being free of this belief,
Moving your awareness into the space of your heart,
And connecting to how you will feel when you no longer have this belief.
Whether you replace this belief with a more supportive belief about yourself or no belief at all.
Imagine your life without this belief and feel it.
Connect to this experience,
This new experience of yourself without this belief.
How would you experience yourself without this belief?
How would you experience your relationships without this belief?
What are some of the emotions that you would feel when you no longer focus on this belief?
And all of the associated emotions that it brings up?
What would your days look like without this belief?
And what would your life be like without this belief?
Tune into this new reality,
This potential that exists in the field.
Let yourself feel all of the wonderful emotions that you would feel without this belief.
Feeling these emotions and actualizing this experience free of this belief and the new elevated emotions associated with this new experience.
Feeling them right now,
Merging with this new experience,
With these new emotions.
Freeing yourself to become who you choose to be rather than be bound and limited by any belief,
Any positionality in time that does not reflect who you are.
Feeling to your soul,
Your infinite wisdom,
Your infinite potential,
Realizing that you are not limited by any belief,
Any positionality in time.
That you are infinite,
Eternal,
Unlimited in every way.
As you continue to generate more and more energy through the cultivation of these elevated emotions,
Connecting to the new potentials that you choose,
No longer limited by what you've believed yourself to be in the past.
Feel all of this energy building in your heart,
In the space of your heart,
Expanding your field.
And one more time become aware of the belief that you had about yourself,
Where it was located,
How much energy it had.
And using all of the energy that you've cultivated by going into the space of your heart and connecting to a potential without this belief,
Using all of the parts of yourself that want to experience happiness,
Joy,
Health,
Abundance,
Success.
Using all of this energy,
Choose in the present moment to liberate,
To free yourself,
To release all of the energy of this belief.
And with your voice say,
I choose to release this belief now.
Feel all of the energy from your heart flowing into your fifth energy center,
Your throat chakra.
Declaring that in this moment in time you are choosing to release this belief now.
Now feel the energy from this belief releasing,
Clearing,
Healing.
And as all of this energy from this belief is liberated,
It is now available for you to create a new version of yourself,
For you to experience more bliss,
More joy,
More happiness,
More love,
More success,
More abundance,
More of the things that bring about positivity in your life,
Expansion,
Creation.
Become aware of this process of integration of the energy of the old belief in your system and become aware of how much energy you now have to create something new,
To declare something that you do want to experience,
Something unlimited,
Something loving,
Something joyful,
Blissful.
And declare this new belief or this new creation about yourself,
About your life.
Feeling it with all of your heart in a state of deep gratitude for this experience.
Thank you.
Now become aware of the new you.
And know that any time that any belief you have about yourself that is not serving you,
That is creating limitations,
Obscurations,
Feelings of stress or anxiety in your life,
You can use this practice to clear a heel and integrate this belief into your system in a way that the energy now becomes available for you to achieve what is most important to you.
Your most meaningful intentions and goals in your life.
Feeling grateful for this new tool,
For this new practice that can help you.
By filling your heart filled with gratitude that you can at any point in time clear any belief.
Any positionality in time that you recorded and kept re-referencing,
You can let go of any time through this process of clearing and integration.
So feeling grateful giving thanks.
Slowly begin to come back to your environment.
Allowing yourself to feel the new reality that you live in without this belief.
Connecting to yourself,
To your body,
To the space that you're in,
To your relationships.
Without this belief.
As the new you.
Unlimited,
Light,
Free.
So coming back to your new body,
To your new space,
To a new time.
Slowly begin to deepen your breath.
Feeling this new energy,
Feeling each and every one of your cells.
Energizing your body,
Your mind.
And your environment.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
Be ready for everything.
