The Achieving Wound
For the part of you that can't fully rest until the list is done. This session explores the deeply common belief that you are only as worthy as what you produce, where it comes from, what it costs, and what becomes possible when you begin to unhook your worth from your output. Includes a body-based practice to help you feel the difference between achieving from fear and creating from fullness.

The Giving Wound
For the over-giver, the people pleaser, the one who earns their place through endless service. This session explores the wound that says love must be earned through giving, and what it feels like when receiving becomes genuinely unsafe. With tenderness and nervous system context, we begin to untangle generosity from self-erasure. The practice guides you into the body posture of receiving, open, still, and worthy of care.

The Enoughness Wound
Perhaps the most universal wound of all, the exhausting belief that you are simultaneously too much and not enough. This session names the impossible bind of constant self-calibration, explores the relational roots of this pattern, and offers a reframe that changes everything: you were never the wrong size. You were in the wrong rooms. The somatic practice guides you into gently, deliberately taking up more space.

The Blueprint
This is the emotional heart of The Worthiness Wounds, and it begins with a truth that changes everything. You were born with a blueprint for unconditional self-acceptance. Before any wound formed, you knew your own worth completely. In this visualisation, we reconnect with that original blueprint, guiding the purest form of self-acceptance into every cell and fibre of your being. In the days that follow, notice the critical voice growing quieter, the urge to compare dissolving, the ease of simply being enough.

The Conditional Love Wound
The tender root beneath so many worthiness wounds, the child who learned that love came with conditions. This session approaches early relational experience with deep gentleness, no excavating, no reliving, just compassionate witnessing. We explore how conditional love wires the nervous system for earning, and close with a reparenting practice that offers the body what it needed then and still deserves now.

Living From Worth
The closing session of this course and the beginning of something new. Not a graduation, but an integration. This session explores what living from worth actually looks and feels like in daily life, the small, quiet choices that accumulate into a different way of being. A forward-looking practice helps you carry a felt sense of your own wholeness into the ordinary moments where it matters most.
