This is an in depth course that examines the relationship between anxiety and the chakras. If you struggle to manage anxiety and feel that it's holding you back, and preventing you from fulfilling your life's purpose, you may be experiencing blockages that need to be cleared. In each lesson we'll focus on 1 of the 7 chakras and discuss it's characteristics, why it might be blocked, how anxiety might be affecting it, and ways to clear it. The purpose of this course is for you to become aware of any possible blockages you might be experiencing right now, and how they might be affecting or contributing to your anxiety.
Bea Walker is a Chopra certified meditation teacher, registered vinyasa yoga teacher, and certified holistic health coach specializing in anxiety management. As an anxiety babe herself, she's spent over 10 years dedicated to healing her anxiety and wants to share the useful information, tools, and techniques she's learned with you.

Introduction to the Chakras
In this lesson, we are going to talk about the chakras — what they are, why they’re important, what happens when they are blocked, why they should always be open, and how they can be affected by anxiety.

Anxiety and the Root Chakra
In this lesson, we’ll discuss the qualities and characteristics of the root chakra, how it can be affected by anxiety, how to know if it’s blocked, and what you can do to open it. We'll end with a short meditation focusing on clearing and opening this chakra.

Anxiety and the Sacral Chakra
In this lesson, we’ll discuss the qualities and characteristics of the sacral chakra, how it can be affected by anxiety, how to know if it’s blocked, and what you can do to open it. We'll end with a short meditation focusing on clearing and opening this chakra.

Anxiety and the Solar Plexus
In this lesson, we’ll discuss the qualities and characteristics of the solar plexus, how it can be affected by anxiety, how to know if it’s blocked, and what you can do to open it. We'll end with a short meditation focusing on clearing and opening this chakra.

Anxiety and the Heart Charka
In this lesson, we’ll discuss the qualities and characteristics of the heart chakra, and how it can be affected by anxiety, how to know if it’s blocked, and what you can do to open it. We'll end with a short meditation focusing on clearing and opening this chakra.

Anxiety and the Throat Chakra
In this lesson, we’ll discuss the qualities and characteristics of the throat chakra, and how it can be affected by anxiety, how to know if it’s blocked, and what you can do to open it. We'll end with a short meditation focusing on clearing and opening this chakra.
Lição 7
Anxiety and the Third Eye Chakra
In this lesson, we’ll discuss the characteristics of the 6th chakra, the third eye chakra, and how it can be affected by anxiety, how to know if it’s blocked, and how to clear these blockages. We'll end with a short meditation focusing on clearing and opening this chakra.
Lição 8
Anxiety and the Crown Chakra
In this lesson, we’ll discuss the characteristics of the last and final chakra the crown chakra, how it can be affected by anxiety, how to know if it’s blocked, and how to clear these blockages. We'll end with a short meditation focusing on clearing and opening this chakra.
