We learn that practising this has a positive impact on our overall well-being and it is easy to incorporate into our daily lives.

In today's lesson, we learn what spirituality is about at its core. We learn how reflective journalling can deepen self-awareness and foster mindfulness and finally, we explore how self-journalling can serve as a form of self-care, and self-nurturing and can be a self-soothing practice.

Today, we explore how ritual and ceremony can create a sense of community and belonging and a few ways other traditions use them in their spiritual practices. We also learn how to create a simple ritual of our own which involves the use of sage.

In today's lesson, we explore what prayer and affirmations are and how they can be done in various forms. We explore what affirmations are and how it is essentially affirming our connection with something bigger than ourselves. We also use this day to take an opportunity to write down a few affirmations of our own, so have your journal ready for today's lesson.

In this lesson, we will learn that yoga and movement are not just physical exercises and they contribute to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We look into how yoga has a rich philosophical and spiritual foundation,and how both are wonderful tools for self-care for the soul and self-exploration i addition to spiritual growth.

In the last lesson, we see how service and gratitude are interconnected. We learn how service helps us to cultivate a sense of purpose in life while gratitude is the practice of acknowledging and appreciating the good things in our lives. We learn that both are a central aspects of a well-rounded spiritual practice.
