Lesson 1
Welcome And What To Expect
Before the sessions begin, I share a little of my own story with money and how this course came to be. We look at how the sessions are shaped, how tapping works whether you tap along or simply imagine it, and a few words on looking after yourself and knowing when to reach for other support. Start here, then move into the first session whenever you are ready.

Lesson 2
The Weight Of Money Worry
In this first session, we gently turn toward the everyday weight of money worry and the way it can settle in the body, as tension, tightness, or a low hum of unease that never quite switches off. There is no deep digging here and nothing you need to fix. We simply begin to acknowledge what money worry feels like for you right now, and to loosen its grip a little. Come as you are, go at your own pace, and know there is no wrong way to begin.

Lesson 3
Where It All Began
In this session we gently trace money worry back to where it first began. So much of how we feel about money was shaped early, absorbed from the people and circumstances around us long before we had any say in it. Together we begin to notice those early influences with kindness and without blame, and to gently loosen their hold. There is nothing to dig up or force here. We simply bring a little awareness to where these feelings came from, and let that be enough.

Lesson 4
What Came Before Us
Some of what we carry around money did not begin with us. It was already running in the family long before we arrived, passed down through generations without anyone meaning any harm. In this session we gently honour those who came before us and all they endured, keep the wisdom that still serves us, and begin to set down the fear and scarcity that was never ours to carry. This can be deep work, so we go slowly and with great care.

Lesson 5
Separating Worth From Wealth
So much financial pain comes from a quiet belief we rarely question, that how much money we have says something about who we are, about whether we are enough. In this session we gently begin to loosen that tie. Your worth as a person was never something that could be measured in money, no matter what you were led to believe. Together we start to separate the two, so your sense of who you are can begin to rest on steadier ground.

Lesson 6
Limiting Beliefs And Money Shame
Many of us carry a quiet shame about the way we handle money, about spending, avoiding, holding on too tightly, or the choices we wish we had made differently. In this session we look at those patterns with kindness rather than judgment, and at the beliefs underneath them that have been quietly driving the way we behave. None of this makes you a failure. These are patterns that were learned, and what was learned can begin to soften, so that the money story you carry is one you have some say in.

Lesson 7
Envy As A Messenger
Envy has a terrible reputation. We are taught it is ugly, something to be ashamed of and hidden, and so most of us hide it, even from ourselves. In this session we turn towards it gently and without judgment, and discover that envy is not a flaw at all. It is a messenger, quietly pointing to something you want and have perhaps not let yourself admit. Together we begin to listen to what it is really telling you, and to soften the sting into permission and possibility.

Lesson 8
Being Gentle With Yourself
After the honest work of the earlier sessions, something changes here. We stop clearing away and begin to build, and the first thing we build is the way you treat yourself. In this session you will meet your friendly self, the part of you that can look at a money mistake and say, okay, that happened, and we will be alright. We practice something most of us were never taught, which is forgiving ourselves, and we make room for the quiet grief that money can leave behind, for the things it kept out of reach and what it may have cost along the way. There is nothing to fix here, only a gentler way of being with yourself.

Lesson 9
Opening To Receive
So much of this journey has been about releasing what weighed you down. This session turns towards something softer. Here we begin to open, gently, to the idea that good things are allowed to come to you, and that you are allowed to receive them. We practice noticing what is already here, letting gratitude settle in the body, and loosening the old habit of bracing against anything good. There is nothing to force and nowhere to arrive. This is simply a beginning, a small opening of the door.

Lesson 10
A New Relationship With Money
This is where everything you have released and gathered comes together. There is no new weight to lift here, only a gentle looking back at how far you have travelled, and a settling into what comes next. We tend to money now as a relationship rather than a destination, something with easier days and harder ones, met with steadiness rather than fear. We close with gratitude, for the journey and for yourself, and a sense of how to return to this work whenever you need it. You are not arriving at an ending. You are beginning again, on different ground.
