In this course you'll learn everything you need to begin a confident, independent EFT Tapping practice. We'll start with the foundations - what tapping is, why it works, and the science behind it - before moving into the practical skills of finding your tapping points, building an effective setup statement, and tapping along in guided sessions for both emotional relief and physical tension. By the end, you'll have a simple, working knowledge of EFT that you can draw on whenever you need it, along with the tools to make it a sustainable daily habit. No prior experience is needed. Nothing to memorise before you begin. Just show up and tap along. This course is for anyone who is curious about EFT Tapping and wants a gentle, practical introduction - whether you're completely new to tapping or you've dabbled before and never quite felt confident with it. Please note that EFT Tapping is a self-help tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace professional medical or psychological care. If you are experiencing significant physical or mental health challenges, please consult a qualified practitioner. By following along with this course you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.
