By the end, you'll have a simple, working knowledge of EFT that you can draw on whenever you need it, along with the tools to make it a sustainable daily habit. No prior experience is needed. Nothing to memorise before you begin. Just show up and tap along. This course is for anyone who is curious about EFT Tapping and wants a gentle, practical introduction - whether you're completely new to tapping or you've dabbled before and never quite felt confident with it. Suzannah is a certified EFT Tapping practitioner with over fifteen years of personal and professional experience with tapping. She also holds certifications in coaching and mindfulness, bringing a rounded, integrative approach to her teaching. Suzannah's style is gentle and practical - she has a gift for explaining things clearly and accessibly, without unnecessary complexity or jargon. Her approach is trauma-informed, and her work is shaped by her own lived experience of using tapping as a tool for healing and self-understanding. As a natural empath, she brings warmth and genuine care to everything she teaches. She is passionate about making EFT Tapping approachable and useful for everyday life - not as something reserved for crisis moments, but as a simple, powerful practice anyone can learn and return to again and again.
