This first method is a kind of energetic purification chamber like a car wash you enter in your meditation. The energy in this method that you activate is from Source. It goes around you and through you via a kind of sprinkler system, purifying and restructuring.
Because it is an energy from Source it adapts perfectly to your own consciousness and highest good.
Practice this method in guided meditation several times. If you are familiar with it, you can do this method at your own pace and time without the recording. The car wash works in your energy field and also passes through your body. It comes energetically wherever it is needed. The energy used in the cleaning is from Source and your Higher Self. It purifies and simultaneously strengthens your own Higher consciousness from within.

Your body has complex networks of energetic connections, a grid system of light and energetic connections. These connect all parts in your body and your etheric, astral and mental fields and much further into your Sacred Space. They are also connected to the grid system of the earth, the Milky Way and the entire Universe and Source.
In this method, you purify and restore these energetic communications and energetic connections in your body and energy fields
Keeping your energetic grid systems perfectly aligned is important. It ensures a healthy and effective transmission of information. If the connections stagnate, then this communication slows down and disrupts, and that has adverse consequences. This is true in your body but also your connection to the larger body of the earth and beyond.
The method of Grid Calibration - is a form of cleaning, balancing and properly aligning the grid systems in your body. We can do this by aligning with the Grid systems of the greater body. In this tool, we work on purifying and aligning your physical energy. This is the "form energy" of your Universal Being. The physical energy is the geometry, the form side of creation. Everything that expresses or manifests in some way does so through physical energy.
Now in this tool, we work with strengthening the flow of the physical energy in your body and in your energy fields. We do this by aligning with the physical energy of Source and your Universal Essence. Through a process of resonance, we allow this energy to flow through your body and energy fields. For this, we use special music in which through the sounds the frequencies of the Physical energy of Source are translated. So, through this natural attunement and energetic resonance your body and energy fields can remember the healthy frequencies and proportions and regain and reactivate them. You can also deepen this alignment with several other tools from these meditative series, such as strengthening your Physical Blueprint through your Universal Blueprint. In this meditation, we work specifically with the Physical Energy From the Source as the Christed Energy. That is a kind of crystal structure like a diamond that is the basis of Christ energy. The perfect formative power of the Source. In your light body, the potency of the physical energy of the Source is present. By inviting and receiving the Christed energy as a drop from Source you can invite and receive this energy into you.
Thus, this drop of Christed energy can slowly expand in your body. Your Navel is the connection point of physical energy. We create an energetic umbilical stalk from your navel to Source. Through this connection the pure physical energy from Source into your systems.

Your thinking and your thoughts consist of mental energy. Thoughts bring movement, direction and intensity to mental energy. Thoughts have their power and substance because of the way they focus mental energy. And mental energy is a form of energy that exists in the universe. It is an expression of the consciousness energy of Source - the Mind energy or also called the Cosmic Mind.
This Mind energy is not only important to your thinking, but is the basis of your body's information and intelligence. In fact, your body transmits information and signals in many ways. Those forms of intelligence, even if it is chemical and goes through the exchange of all kinds of biological and also electromagnetic impulses, however limited, small or strange, is connected to the Cosmic Mind. Be it on a scale appropriate to the earth and the human body.
This tool now of strengthening the Mind energy in your body and system, is aimed at purifying, cleaning, activating and aligning your entire mental system, your mental energy fields and your nervous system to the energy of your Higher Consciousness and source - the Cosmic Mind. We do this through a form of natural alignment and consciousness resonance. You can imagine this as lying in a kind of energetic bath that vibrates lovingly and also powerfully with the pure energy of the Cosmic Mind of Source and your Universal Essence.

In this guided meditation with music you attune the mind energy in your body to the frequencies of the Cosmic Mind and your Higher Consciousness. We do this by making a direct connection from the brain to the Mind energy of Source. Through this connection we ask the pure Source Mind energy to flow into and through you.
So, your system can release distortions and remember how the optimal flow of the Mind energy in your body and consciousness should be.

5 - Balancing And Strengthening Your Soul Energy - The Spirit Energy - Introduction
In this tool, we focus on the Spirit energy. The spirit energy is the connecting energy of the universe. It blends into the Mind energy and gives it a characteristic, as it were a soul identity. The spirit energy operates as a kind of undulating, almost liquid energy and makes that the Mind and the physical energy are permanently joined and connected. It acts as a kind of energetic glue. The spirit energy is also called an aspect of the Divine Mother, a connecting quality and energy that acts as a kind of cosmic ocean of connection.
Within you, the Spirit energy is present and very important. It is the energy of your soul identity, the expression of who you are. It gives you the soul qualities of your Universal Being, the love, beauty, truth, and goodness of the universal principles of Source. I discuss these principles in more detail in the course on "Your Universal Being Part 1". That one deals with how you were created.

5v - Balancing And Strengthening Flow Of Soul Energy - The Spirit Energy - Guided Meditation
You can experience in this meditation that Spirit energy has its connection is through your heart. In your heart is a zero point that connects you directly connects to the Heart of Source. Through this zero point you are in direct connection with the Heart of Source, so you can also make your connection that way. We activate this zero point and go through it like through a gateway to the center of Source. Here we experience the Spirit energy on Source. This feels like the energy and consciousness of the Being of the Divine Mother. Then we ask through this heart connection, for Spirit energy to flow into our hearts and expand further into our body and all around us.
Finally, we ask for a warm envelopment of Spirit energy as the wings of Divine Mother around our entire body and our sacred space. We ask this energy to flow deep within us and integrate in a completely new way.
