Today's exercises include journaling and will help you uncover: your passions and what excites and energises you, what depletes your energy and how to avoid them, your strengths, so you can explore these further, and finally, your core values. By identifying your core values and strengths, you can create goals that energise and motivate you. More importantly, these will bring you joy, happiness, and fulfilment.

Today, we will discuss why visualisation can be a powerful tool to improve clarity and increase your performance. This lesson will include: what neuroplasticity is and how visualisation can help it and why hobbies can create new neural pathways. We will then do a visualisation practice to help create gratitude, compassion, and focus and an exercise to determine your future self, so you can start building your ideal life.

Reverse Bucket List & Taking Stock Of Your Current Situation
Today, we take stock of your current situation including: Health, relationships, career, learning and education, charity, community, and environment, and holiday and fun. We will journal a reverse bucket list to yield clarity to the direction your vision board should take as we continue to develop your ideal life.

Health, Relationships & Finance
Today, we explore the areas of health, relationships, and finance and organise goals in all these sections. This will include matching our values and feelings to each area to ensure we are creating a life that is full of purpose, joy, and energy. The session will guide you step by step and provide examples and prompts to ensure you move on the path that is true to you. Finally, we will dive into these areas to focus on key priorities to ensure clarity and you are able to spend time on what is most important to your happiness.

Charity, Education & Holidays
Today we continue to explore, this time the areas of charity, education and holidays, and organise goals in these sections. This will include matching our values and feelings to each area to ensure we are creating a life that is full of purpose, joy, and energy. The session will guide you step by step and provide examples and prompts to ensure you move on the path that is true to you. Finally, we will dive into these areas to focus on key priorities to ensure clarity and you are able to spend time on what is most important to your happiness.

Visualisation Meditation Of Your Future Self
Today we will use a relaxing, uplifting and motivating meditation to visualise our future self. This is a powerful tool that lets you take the first step in laying down a new neural pathway that will begin to illustrate a new direction and new path to reach a life that you dream about. Clarity on where you want to end up will provide you direction to start building goals, priorities, and actions, so you can move your life in a direction that you want and deserve.

Create Your Vision Board Blueprint
Today we start bringing your dreams and goals to life. You will create a visual representation of the life that you want to live. This lesson will help you select an area for you to post your personal board, so that you can get the most out of your goals. This day will provide a step-by-step how-to-guide and also give you tools and a series of resources to help you physically create the vision board in a manual or digital format. This will include exact websites and providers, so you can create a visually appealing board that works for your personal taste.

How To Reach Your Vision Faster & Creating SMART Goals
Today you will learn how to create SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals. SMART goals help keep you on track, create clarity, and move toward your dream life faster. This session will also explain the importance of gratitude and mindfulness to ensure you are enjoying the journey. It includes a gratitude exercise to help you create an optimistic frame of mind.
It will ensure your goals are aligned with your greater purpose to keep you motivated. You will also discover some ideas to overcome procrastination. The session will also help you choose an accountability partner who can help you stay focused.

Overcoming Challenges & Limiting Beliefs
Today's session explores why at times we struggle with limiting beliefs. Confirmation bias can work against you to empower negative thoughts. However, we will show you that you are smart and capable of overcoming limiting beliefs. The session includes an exercise to identify your challenges and limiting beliefs. It will then provide a tool that helps you create solutions and methods to overcome every road block that has been identified. This is a powerful session that can be used in any aspect of your life to overcome issues that present hurdles to your success or happiness. Finally, together we will explore how those around us impact our lives and success. An exercise will be conducted to help ensure you are spending time with those that help you flourish.

Simplify Your Goals
Our final day will explore each area of your life and help you find the most important goal in each section. By identifying your most important goals, you will gain clarity and focus whilst reducing stress and ensuring your energy is spent on what will help you reach your dream life. You will learn how to say no. This will give you the tools and confidence to create space and focus. It will also give you a great way to reduce stress.
