Welcome to this morning meditation for success.

Sitting comfortable,

Somewhere quiet,

Feet grounded.

Instructing your body to gently let go and give yourself permission just to be here for the next few minutes.

Relax,

Closing down your eyes,

Your sit bones flat against the earth,

Grounded,

Palms face upwards towards the sky.

Your heart is open,

Allow yourself to relax and be completely unguarded,

Placing one hand here on your heart,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Soft in eyes and belly,

Just asking that all doubt not be dropped,

For love to expand and intuition to come forward,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Open your heart,

Bringing goals into focus and awareness,

What are you doing today that will take you closer to success,

Guided here by your intuition,

Exhale,

Open your heart,

What are you doing if you knew you could not fail,

Your knowledge growing wide,

Insights are unfolding,

Exhale,

Open your heart,

What great decisions are you making today,

Where they are congruent and action,

Exhale,

Open your heart,

What is making you grateful today,

Where love will expand past its usual limits,

Let all of this come awake within you now,

For each moment arrives to remind you of how joyous you naturally are without force,

Without effort,

You can shape your day with this positive and successful mindset,

Bringing your awareness now back into the room,

Feeling your body is strong,

Your shoulders are relaxed,

There is a gentle smile on your lips and when you are ready,

Opening up your eyes,
