O que você irá aprender
“If the only prayer you said today was ‘thank you’ that would be enough” Meister Eckhart Practicing gratitude can be very positive for our lives. This three-part course focuses on how to bring more gratitude into your daily living, how we can be grateful for what life presents us – whatever is here. During the course you will focus on: - Recognising and waking up to the good things you have received in your life - Practicing saying ‘thank you’ to the gifts you have received from other people and the world around us and our interconnectedness and dependency we have with people and places in our lives. - Being grateful for everything that is here, including the challenges in our lives, independent of our liking or disliking them.

Lição 1
Settling Into Gratitude
We discuss the benefits of a gratitude practice and bring kindness and gratitude and a sense of appreciation, to our bodies in the present moment. This is a practice of appreciation and gratitude for our body as it is and for how it works.
Lição 2
Practicing Gratitude For Our Interconnection with Others
We meditate on how we are all connected and the interconnectedness of things in our lives. We show gratitude for the gifts we receive from other people, and from the planet that we live on. We acknowledge that we wouldn’t be where we are without the help of others. We acknowledge the role other people play in providing things in our lives.
Lição 3
Gratitude For Whatever Is Here
Gratitude isn’t always about the positive things in life. If we bring a degree of acceptance into the picture, then we can also be grateful for the challenges in our lives and the lessons that they may bring.
