The "Just as I Am" meditation is a practice of accepting yourself just as you are in this moment. What turns up, turns up, and you simply acknowledge what is here, in each present moment. In this practice, we cultivate acceptance by taking each moment as it comes and being with it fully, as it is. We try not to impose our ideas about what we “should” be feeling or thinking, or seeing. It's a practice of saying "yes" to the present moment - acceptance and openness for what is here and how you are right now.
