We uncover the defining characteristics of each style and their impact on relationship dynamics. Through reflection and self-assessment, we will be contemplating their influence on our past and present relationships. Additionally, we will be examing protest behaviors exhibited during conflicts or disagreements, shedding light on how attachment styles manifest in moments of relational stress.

Earning Your Secure Attachment
In our third and final session, we will focus on the journey towards earning a secure attachment. We will learn that a secure attachment is characterized by trust, empathy, and effective communication, fostering a strong emotional bond between individuals. Through vulnerability and expressing our needs, we can cultivate secure attachments and build healthier relationships. We will also explore the concept of interdependence and the importance of having secure role models in our lives.
