Transcript

Welcome to this guided meditation.

I invite you to either sit or lay comfortably.

If you are sitting,

Make sure that your back is erect.

That your shoulders are back and your chin is slightly tilted up.

Begin by slowly taking deep breaths in through the nose.

Feeling your belly,

Your chest,

Your head and out through the nose.

One more deep breath in through the nose.

Feeling the belly,

The chest,

The head and out through the nose.

In this meditation,

We are going to ground into the earth to integrate a powerful experience that we maybe had recently.

Or to simply connect with our lower chakras to invoke safety,

Security and peace.

Begin to take deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

The sigh.

Big inhale through the nose.

Big sigh to let it go.

Inhale.

And just let it go.

Begin to bring your awareness into the bottom of your legs,

To your tailbone and its connection with the ground,

With the earth.

Begin to just bring your focus to the sensation of your legs,

Your butt or your back.

Touching the earth.

Feel your feet touching the earth as well.

Just focus your awareness here.

Taking deep breaths in through the nose.

And just letting go.

If you feel any emotions or thoughts come up,

Just let them go.

And flow in and flow out.

Flowing in and flowing out.

Just like the breath.

Continue to focus your awareness anywhere on your body that's touching the earth,

Touching the ground.

Taking deep breaths.

Now I invite you to imagine and visualize roots,

Big beautiful roots coming out of your feet,

Out of your legs and directly from your tailbone.

And taking deep into the earth.

Deeper and deeper.

Going through soil,

Rich nutrients,

Sand.

Passing by grubs and worms.

Reaching deeper and deeper into the earth.

And as your roots go deeper into the earth,

You feel an incredible connection with the earth.

An incredible grounding.

Safe,

Secure and at peace.

And as you dig deeper and deeper into the earth,

You can feel soil breaking.

Moving through clay and rock,

Gravel,

Sand,

Digging deeper into the earth with roots coming from your body.

Now taking deep breaths.

And now as you're digging deeper into the earth,

You finally have reached the core.

All the way to the center of our home,

The earth.

And you begin to feel and see a giant,

Beautifully glowing red crystal.

And you feel an incredible grounding,

Safe,

Secure energy from this crystal.

So with your mind's eye,

You move your roots over to this crystal and slowly wrap your roots around it.

This beautiful crystal has invited you to connect with it so that I can share its grounding,

Safe,

Secure and peaceful energy with you.

Taking deep breaths,

You wrap your roots around this beautiful crystal.

As you wrap your roots around this crystal,

You feel an incredible grounding energy bringing you deeper and deeper into the earth.

Feeling so peaceful with pulsations and waves of complete peaceful energy integrating you back into the body,

Back to earth.

Coming down deep,

Deep into the earth.

As you take deep breaths,

This loving,

Gentle and beautiful crystal,

Sends pulsations of feelings of safety and security up your roots and into your body.

And coming at the lower part of your legs and your feet to your knees,

To your hips,

Up the spinal cord,

Into your stomach,

Your chest and back,

And all the way to the top of your head,

To your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Even into your hands.

Beautiful,

Grounding,

Peaceful,

Secure,

Safe energy completely embodying you,

Embracing you warmly.

Take deep breaths as you enjoy this beautiful energy that is being shared with you.

Now that you are feeling grounded and secure and safe,

Slowly release this crystal with your roots,

Giving it gratitude and telling it thank you for everything you have done.

Now slowly retracting your roots up through the earth,

Back into your body.

Bringing in a feeling of total peace,

Total grounding,

Total security and total safety.

Embodying this.

We'll finish our meditation with the sound of the root chakra,

The sound of lama,

L-a-m,

Lama.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Deep breath in.

L-a-m Deep breath in.

L-a-m Deep breath in.

L-a-m Take your time coming back into your conscious awareness.

And simply enjoy the rest of this track while enjoying the feeling of peace,

Safety,

And security.
