Doing a nice big shoulder roll so your shoulders are relaxed.
Your face is soft.
Your tongue is resting heavy in your mouth.
Your eyes are gently closed.
Your body is grounding down.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
Bringing your attention to your face and notice a soft smile on your lips.
Notice your eyes gently smiling where the outer corners are lifted slightly.
Just allowing your brow to soften.
Sense relaxing in the jaw.
Imagining some space here.
This awareness of sensations in your jaw where we can carry a lot of tension and allowing that to release.
Focusing on your neck and your shoulders softening,
Falling away from your ears.
Noticing your collarbones grounding down into your body.
A space that fills your chest and softens your heart.
Receiving the breath as it softens your heart,
Your belly and your lungs.
Just notice the gentle flow in and flow out of the breath.
Become aware of the pelvis,
Hips and glutes.
This sense of lightness and space filling this area.
Bringing focus to your legs.
Feeling the weight grounding down and towards your feet.
Expanding your attention now to feel your body as a field of energy.
Notice the space it cracks open.
The gentle love that lives inside of you.
The gentle light,
The changing flow in your body.
How beautiful you are here in this moment,
In this wakeful openness.
Resting in this light of awareness.
Allowing all the thoughts to flow through you like waves coming and going.
Learning to love ourselves first.
Filling our own needs first.
Remaining whole.
Falling into alignment and self-belief that is led by the heart.
Taking your focus now back towards your breath.
Receiving the breath,
Allowing it to relax you.
Allowing it to be your home,
Your return to,
Whenever your mind starts to drift away.
Allowing these thoughts to come and go with caring attention.
Placing a hand on your heart and offering any message of loving kindness to yourself.
Repeating these words in your mind's eye.

Sensing the sounds that are in the room.
