This is a short meditation seeking guidance to gain clarity or receive an answer from the super conscious mind.
Begin by being clear.
Clear on your question.
Clear on what you seek clarity on.
Have it written down or very clear in your mind.
The answer will come as a sign or as a feeling.
So frame the question simply.
Remember not to force an answer.
To be patient and inflow with what comes.
And if an answer or clarity isn't found right now,
Know that you have been heard.
Know that when the time is right,
Clarity or a sign will come.
Become aware of your breathing.
Let go of the tension in your body.
Feel yourself relaxing.
Allow your breath to be even and calm.
Breathing it in.
Breathing it out.
Focus on your body and any sensations.
Breathe it in.
Breathe it out.
Then ask body to be still.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Focus on your emotions and any feelings arising.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Then ask your feelings to be calm.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Now focus on the mind and any thoughts you are having at this time.
Allow them to run through.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Ask your mind to be silent now.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Experience the silence,
The calm,
The stillness that is your body,
Your mind,
Your feelings right now.
Now take a breath silently into your mind.
Breathe it in.
Breathe it out.
On your next breath in,
Ask your question.
And breathe out.
Speak clearly,
Silently to the highest self within.
Take a breath.
Breathe out.
And on your next breath in,
Ask your question again.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Now feel the movement within.
Movement coming deep from within you.
Like a wave rising up through the body.
You feel it and you can sense it.
Breathe to it.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Feel the light of energy rolling to the shore of your mind.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe.
As you breathe,
Use your breath to draw the energy through you.
To draw the light up,
Rising to your mind.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Allow the energy to fill you,
To surround you.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
You see this energy now as a light.
Now be still.
Breathe.
And allow the sign,
The symbol,
The feeling to be revealed to you.
Be still.
Be patient.
Allow it to come.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
When you see the answer,
When you sense the sign,
The symbol,
Feel the clarity that you are seeking.
Give thanks.
Give gratitude.
Breathe it in.
Breathe it out.
Breathe into the body.
Feel and connect through the body.
Allow yourself to sit for a moment,
Just with the answer,
With the clarity,
With the sign.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
When you are ready,
Bring yourself back to where you are.
Take a moment to write down what you saw,
What you felt.
Draw it.
Express it,
Whatever way you can.
And while you are still,
And while it is clear in your mind,
Write down anything that comes to you.
Anything that is a clue,
That is greater clarity or connection to the symbol or the sign.
Write down as many thoughts and meanings and feelings that come in these moments.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Allow yourself to stay still and calm.
Allow it to flow.
And gently allow the answers to be revealed.
