Hello,

I am very happy to have you here.

My name is Monika and today I would like to invite you to meditate with me under this new moon.

New moon has a very powerful energy which we can use to our benefit.

It's an excellent time for cleansing the old energy and starting fresh,

To set intentions for the weeks to come,

To plant the seeds for your true desires and allow them to grow with the slower cycle.

So let's begin now by finding a quiet place where you won't be disturbed during the next twenty minutes.

Allow yourself to get comfortable in any position that you choose and slowly close your eyes.

Turn your attention to your breath.

Notice its natural rhythm.

Breathe easily and effortlessly.

Become aware of your body now and with each breath notice your body becoming more and more relaxed.

Feel your head and face relaxing.

Release tension from your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms and hands.

Of each breath you allow for the relaxation to spread further down your body.

Relax your back and chest,

Your abdomen,

Lower back,

Your hips,

Legs and feet.

Continue breathing in your own natural pace.

As you breathe in allow yourself to inhale the powerful energy of this new moon.

And on each exhale breathe out all that is no longer beneficial to you.

Breathe.

Release any negative energies,

Old relationships,

Habits that no longer serve you,

Any worry,

Fear,

Pain,

Anger or resentment that may be holding you back from living to your full potential.

Let it all just simply float away from your body.

And with each breath you feel so much lighter.

So give yourself permission to let go,

To fully relax your body and to go deep within to connect with your heart and your soul.

Let it all just float away from your body.

Now,

Bring to mind whatever you would like to materialize in your life in the weeks to come or perhaps in the more distant future.

What is it that you want to create?

It can be anything you dream of,

Anything you wish for.

Spend a few moments visualizing it as clearly as possible and use any of your preferred senses to make it as real as you can.

Think of how it would make you feel to have your dreams come true and for a moment allow yourself to immerse in this feeling.

Your justness isaday,

Like speech,

That is now no longer necessary,

You canoclip it Now visualize the new moon above you as you look up into the dark night sky.

The moon emanates its powerful energy.

You can harness this energy to help you grow.

Open your mind and your heart to receive the wisdom and guidance.

Breathe deeply and allow for any messages to come to you.

Trust yourself and your inner knowing and connect with your intuition.

What is it that you need to know in this moment?

Open yourself to be guided in the direction of the realization of your wishes.

Let this new moon activate and grow the seed that you planted into a full manifestation of your true desires.

Listen to this voice coming from within and remain tuned in for a few moments.

Now imagine the seed of your desire growing slowly alongside the lunar cycle.

Hold this feeling of fulfillment in your heart and let it spread all over your body.

Continue breathing in your own pace and when you are ready slowly come back to your body.

Take a few deep breaths and open your eyes.
