This meditation guides you through a journey of self-discovery, helping you release any lingering doubts and reconnect with your inner strength and vision. This 16-minute meditation is a sacred space for you to unwind, reflect, and align your energy with your goals and aspirations. Allow yourself to be fully present, and open to the transformative power of gratitude and growth.

Welcome to this meditation to unlock growth and provide you with a mid-year reflection and expansion.

I'm Ana and I'm honored to be your guide in this sacred space.

This session is designed to help you practice gratitude for the past months and mostly embrace expansion and co-creation for the upcoming months.

Sometimes in life the day passed by and we don't even notice and a year has gone through.

This is an invitation and an opportunity for you to make a pause and start by celebrating all the beauty that you have seen,

Experienced,

Lived in your life and mostly from that beautiful space of practicing gratitude.

You can then set the scene for an incredible continuation of your year.

Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths together as you find a comfortable space.

Really making sure you will stay in a space where you can either sit down or lay down,

Where you can be held still without anything or anyone disturbing you.

Once you find that space,

Take a couple of deep breaths with me,

Just inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling completely and fully through the mouth.

Inhaling deeply through the nose,

Exhaling completely out through the mouth.

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling out through the mouth.

And now I invite you to seal the lips together and invite a natural way of breathing.

With each inhale,

Feel your body filling itself with calmness and peace and with each exhale,

Avoid any release of physical or mental tensions or even stress.

And keep that principle going of simply inhaling fully through the nose and exhaling completely through the nose,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper into the surface,

Allowing yourself to be held,

Taken by this space.

Now I invite you to imagine yourself standing in a lush serene forest.

The ground beneath your feet is soft,

It's covered with vibrant,

Grounding,

Green moss.

Can you feel the gentle embrace of the earth supporting you?

Feel it and look around and see all the tall ancient trees surrounding you.

Their branches reach high into the sky,

Creating beautiful leaves that filter the sunlight,

Testing a soothing space on the forest floor.

Now begin to walk slowly through this forest.

With each step you take,

You feel a connection to the earth,

Growing stronger and stronger.

Notice the rich scent of the forest,

The sound of the leaves.

Feel the gentle breeze and the songs of the birds that are high above you.

As you walk,

You come to a clearing where a majestic tree stands in the center.

This tree is unlike any other,

It's radiating a powerful grounding energy.

Its roots run deep into the earth and its branches stretch out wide,

They're embracing the sky.

Now find a comfortable spot at the base of this tree and sit down.

Feel the solid trunk supporting your back and let the energy of the tree flow into you.

Imagine its roots intertwining with your own.

You're completely,

Deeply grounded into the earth.

Now visualize a warm,

Golden light rising up from the earth,

Traveling through the roots of the tree and into your body.

This light fills you up with a sense of stability,

A sense of strength and peace.

With each breath,

Allow this grounding energy to anchor you firmly into this present moment.

Now feel this golden light spreading from your feet,

Up through your legs,

Your torso and all the way to the top of your head.

It fills every part of you,

Connecting you to the earth and this grounding energy.

Taking a few moments here to bask in this grounding energy,

Just feeling completely centered at peace,

Knowing that you're supported and nurtured by the earth beneath you.

You're now ready to begin this journey of reflection and intention setting.

Now that you're grounded and centered,

Let's take a moment to reflect on the first half of the year.

Think about the experiences,

The challenges and achievements you might have encountered.

As you reflect,

Can you bring in mind the moments you're grateful for?

Embrace each moment with clarity,

See them clearly and feel the gratitude swilling with your heart,

Allowing yourself to appreciate these experiences and the growth they have brought you.

Now gently shift your focus to the lessons learned.

What have these past months taught you?

Acknowledge the wisdom gained from both joyful and difficult experiences.

See if you can embrace these lessons with an open heart,

Knowing that they have shaped you into who you are today.

With your heart full of gratitude and your mind clear for reflection and from this beautiful grounding space,

It's now time to look forward.

Visualize the next six months unfolding before you like a beautiful path leading into the horizon.

See yourself walking confidently along this path.

Imagine the goals and dreams you wish to achieve.

See them clearly in your mind's eye.

Feel the excitement and joy of these dreams coming to fruition.

Allow yourself to fully embrace the possibilities that lie ahead.

Now visualize yourself co-creating with the universe.

Feel the supportive energies surrounding you,

Guiding you and helping you manifest your intentions.

Realize that you have the power within you to create the life you desire.

See yourself growing,

Expanding and thriving in the coming months.

Feel the alignment between your inner desires and the actions you will take.

Know that you're capable of achieving your dreams and much more.

Know that you are supported,

My love.

The universe has your back.

You just have to come back to connect with it.

Now it's time to set a powerful intention or sankalpa for the months that are coming ahead.

This intention should reflect your deepest desires and aspirations.

So take a moment to reflect on what are those.

What do you deepest desire to leave and experience in the coming months?

Perhaps creating your own sankalpa or maybe gently repeating silently with me.

I am open to growth and expansion and I trust in my ability to co-create my dreams with the universe.

Feel this truth,

Intention,

How truthful it is and resonating within you.

Get it anchoring your heart and mind,

Guiding you as you move forward.

Now gently take a couple of deeper breaths,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling completely.

And as you deepen your breath you start to let your visualization go and bring your awareness back to the present moment.

As you deepen your breath and start to becoming aware to this time and this space,

Maybe wiggle your fingers and toes.

And then eventually start moving the body until potentially you bring your arms above your head for a full body stretch.

If you feel like yawning or sighing it out,

Allowing anything to come to surface.

And you eventually bring the hands into your heart space,

Touching your beautiful heart and making the commitment to stay with your sankalpa,

Stay anchored,

Stay grounded,

Stay connected to the power that lays within you.

And thanking yourself for taking the time to showing up and connecting today.

And knowing that at any point of time you feel you wish to reconnect to that intention for the upcoming months,

You can always come back to this meditation.

Slowly bringing your hands in prayer in front of your heart,

Starting to rub the palms,

As quickly and strongly as you can.

And once you have enough,

You can slowly bring the hands back to your face,

Inhale that heat,

That glow,

Energy that you've created.

And slowly exhale,

Blink the eyes open and come back.

And I thank you from the bottom of my heart for joining me today and this time.

And may the second half of the year be filled with joy,

Growth and co-creation.

Remember just to carry the sense of gratitude and intention with you as you move forward.
