This is a guided practice to consciously cultivate our own inner sense of connection, useful in times when we may not be able to be physically present with the people or places that we love. In times of less social contact than usual, we can remember that there is still so much that we can connect to. Relishing the connections that we have in the world around us is a great way to make us more resilient. It begins with a spoken section and then, goes into a period of gently guided breathing practice.
