This is an invitation to release what no longer serves you.

To let the water cleanse,

Transform and renew you.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

And exhale fully,

Letting go of any tension.

There is nowhere else you need to be right now.

Nothing you need to do.

Just be here,

In your body,

With your breath.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing in a lush forest.

The air is fresh,

Filled with the scent of earth and pine.

You can hear the sound of water nearby.

You begin to walk along a narrow path.

Sunlight filters through the trees,

Dancing on the ground like liquid gold.

Each step brings you closer to the sound of flowing water.

As you reach the clearing,

You see it,

Clear,

Sparkling,

Alive.

The stream winds through moss-covered stones,

Its surface glimmering like glass beneath the light.

You step closer to the water's edge,

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale you dip your toes into the stream.

With each breath,

Imagine your fears,

Doubts and anxieties melting into the water.

Now,

Slowly,

You wade deeper.

The water rises to your ankles,

Your knees,

Your waist.

It's gentle and alive against your skin.

With each step,

You release a little more.

Old stories,

Tight control,

The need to know what's next,

All of it dissolves into the current.

When you're ready,

You take a deep breath in and allow yourself to lean back,

Floating,

Weightless,

Free.

With you,

The sky opens wide.

You feel the sun on your face,

Warmth mingling with the coolness of the water.

Here,

You surrender completely.

Carry this sense of flow and surrender into your day with you.

And remember,

Whenever you need to let go,

You can always return to the stream and to this meditation.
