Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

As you breathe,

Silently repeat these words with me.

Inhale,

I am here.

Exhale,

I am safe.

Inhale,

This moment is enough.

Exhale,

I can soften now.

Keep your hands where they are,

Feeling the warm and steady rhythm beneath your palms.

Allow your body to settle into this truth.

You are here,

You are safe,

And this moment is enough.

Take one more deep inhale,

And a slow exhale.

Carry this sense of calm with you into the rest of your day.
