Welcome,

Love.

Take a moment to arrive wherever you are,

Sitting,

Lying down,

Or maybe walking.

Just pause for a breath.

Let yourself land in this moment.

So often,

We rush from one thing to the next,

Carrying the invisible weight of expectation.

We hold ourselves together,

We try to be strong,

And sometimes we forget that gentleness,

That softness takes even more courage than force.

Let's start here,

With your breath.

Take a deep,

Slow inhale through your nose,

And exhale softly through your mouth,

Like you're letting out a long sigh of relief.

Again,

Breathe in slowly,

Deeply,

And breathe out,

Elongating the exhale just a little longer than the inhale.

This simple rhythm tells your body it's safe to soften.

Now,

Let your breath flow naturally,

Without control.

Let it feel like a tide,

Rising and falling,

Steady,

Effortless.

Softness is not a weakness.

It's a form of power that the world doesn't always recognize.

It's the strength that shows up when you meet your pain with kindness.

When you allow yourself to rest,

Instead of pushing through.

When you let yourself feel,

Instead of numbing.

Take another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine the tension melting from your shoulders your jaw,

Your belly.

Softness says,

I don't need to prove my worth by suffering.

It says,

I can be strong and still tender.

I can be powerful and still soft.

It's easy to think we need to be harder to survive,

But in truth,

What we need most is the courage to stay open.

You can still hold boundaries,

Still protect your energy,

And choose to move from love,

Not fear.

That is true strength.

Breathe in again,

And exhale with a sigh.

Let go of the armor,

Even for a moment.

Softness does not mean you're fragile.

It means you're alive,

Awake,

Receptive,

Feeling.

And that is your superpower.

So as you move through your day,

Remember,

You don't need to push to be enough.

You don't need to harden to be safe.

Your softness is sacred,

And choosing it again and again is the bravest thing you can do.

Take one final deep breath in,

And release.

You're doing beautifully.
