When life feels heavy, this gentle meditation is here to remind you that you don't have to hold it all alone. This is a soft landing space - a few minutes to breathe, to feel seen, and to be held in gentleness. Through spoken guidance, layered vocal harmonies, and ambient soundscapes, this journey invites you to rest your heart and remember that whatever you're moving through won't last forever. This is your moment to lay it all down. To soften. To feel. To trust in the passing of the storm. Music by Ayelle and Calper.

If you found your way here today,

It probably means you're moving through something heavy.

Maybe you're tired,

Overwhelmed,

Or simply holding more than feels fair.

I want you to know,

Before we begin,

That it makes sense.

It makes sense that you feel this way.

You don't need to push it down,

Or hide it,

Or make it smaller.

This is a space for you to lay it all down,

Even just for a few minutes.

To be held in gentleness,

To remember that whatever you're facing,

It won't last forever.

So when you're ready,

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

If that feels safe.

Take a moment to arrive here.

There's nowhere else you need to be,

Nothing you need to do.

Just this breath,

And the next.

Bring your awareness to your breathing.

Without changing anything yet,

Simply notice the rise and fall,

The in.

Now gently,

Begin to deepen your breath.

Inhale slowly.

And now,

As you continue,

Begin to notice the space between your breaths.

At the top of the inhale,

Before the exhale begins,

There's a quiet stillness.

And at the bottom of the exhale,

Before the inhale rises,

Another stillness.

Just rest your awareness in these spaces.

Like gentle pauses in the flow of life,

There is nothing you need to do here,

Only to notice.

These pauses are reminders that you can rest.

Continue in your own rhythm,

Always letting the exhale be a little longer than the inhale.

As you breathe,

Imagine that with every inhale,

You are gathering comfort,

Warmth,

Nourishment.

And with every exhale,

You release some of the weight you've been carrying.

Even if it's just a little,

Even if it's only for this moment.

I'm sorry that you've had to be so strong.

I'm sorry that you've carried so much on your own.

I see how much you've endured.

And I honor how far you've come.

You don't have to be strong in this moment.

You don't have to.

Here,

You are allowed to soften.

You are allowed to rest.

This too shall pass.

This too.

Whatever you are facing,

You will get through it,

Breath by breath,

Step by step.

Even in your hardest times,

There is a part of you that has never given up.

That part of you is still here,

Holding your light.

Let yourself feel the comfort of these words.

Let yourself be wrapped in gentleness.

And as you return to your day,

May you remember you are loved,

You are safe,

And this too shall pass.

I really found this to be a cathartic and soothing meditation. Ayella has a very gentle and calming voice that guides through a very inner softening exercise for daily stress, anxieties or obstacles life throws our way.
