Welcome.

Make yourself comfortable and let's get ready to do some breathing.

Go ahead and close your eyes,

Relax your shoulders,

Unclench your jaw and begin by taking a few grounding breaths.

Breathe in all the way,

As deep as you can.

And as you exhale,

Let it out with a big sigh.

Feel any stress being lifted off your shoulders as you exhale and release.

As you breathe,

Feel yourself becoming more grounded.

Give your body and mind a space to rest.

Find peace in the moment,

Just come home to you.

You can find peace in the most difficult times.

Come home and find peace here.

Keep breathing and allow for your exhales to feel like you are dumping a bucket of rocks.

Release any weight or stress that you may be carrying as you exhale.

Fully in and let it go.

You are in the right place at the right time.

All you have to do is breathe.
