This is a quick and simple breathing exercise that can be done at any time of the day. Breathwork allows us a space to see the beauty in life, breath 100 breaths for joy! In this exercise, we will do 3 sets of 33 fast breaths. Thank you for breathing

Transcript

Sit up straight and tall,

Close your eyes,

Relax your shoulders,

And let's do some breathing.

Let's begin by breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Let's begin by breathing in through the mouth and out through the mouth.

Just five more breaths just like this.

When I count down,

Exhale and let all the air out of your body in three,

Two,

One.

Just rest in the breathless state.

Hold here if it feels comfortable to you and when you feel ready,

Take a deep inhale through the mouth and hold your breath at the top of the inhale.

When you're ready,

Let's go back into the breath.

Let's begin by breathing in through the mouth and out through the mouth.

Just five more breaths here.

When I count down,

Exhale and let all the air out of your body in three,

Two,

One.

Just rest here for a moment.

Whenever you feel ready,

Go ahead and take a deep inhale through the mouth and hold your breath at the top of the inhale.

When you're ready,

Exhale,

Let's go back into the breath.

Just five more breaths.

When I count down,

Exhale and let all the air out of your body in three,

Two,

One.

When I count down,

Exhale completely and just rest in the breathless state.

In three,

Two,

One.

When you feel ready,

Take a deep inhale through the mouth and hold.

Begin to return to your natural breathing patterns.

Just breathe in a way that feels best for you.

We have now finished our breath work session.
