Expand your throat.
I want you to imagine you are breathing in a circular motion.
There are no pauses in the breath,
Just continual motion.
As soon as you finish the exhale,
Start the inhale.
As soon as you finish the inhale,
Start the exhale.
Keep the breath flowing.
Open up.
Breathe into your chest and your heart space.
Conscious breathing is an act of self-love.
How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you.
By opening our hearts,
Can we allow love to come in?
