Maybe you can place your palms gently over your heart.

Feeling that you are breathing to and through your heart.

Embracing the peaceful rhythm of your breath,

Awakening the power of calmness.

Knowing that everything is working out for your highest good.

Feeling the sense of calmness and serenity.

Feeling every cell of your being with gratitude.

Being calm is your superpower.

Now relax your palms.

Breathing in slow and breathing out.

With a gentle smile and with a sense of gratitude,

Open your eyes to the world around you.

To fully embrace your beautiful day.

From my heart to yours,

Namaste.
