Welcome Dear One,
For today's forgiveness affirmation meditation.
Maya Angelou says,
It's one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself to forgive.
Forgive everybody.
Dalai Lama says,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
These are the real,
Ultimate sources of power for peace and success in life.
Your life is a reflection of your thoughts.
If you change your thinking,
You can change your life.
Now,
Let's begin this meditation.
Find a comfortable seated position.
Spine tall and straight.
Shoulders rolled back slightly to open up your magnificent heart.
Palms resting and facing down.
When you're ready,
Lovingly close your eyes and tune into your breath and your body.
Now,
Let's take three deep breaths.
In and out.
Inhale,
Feel your stomach and rib cage expand.
And when you're ready,
Exhale with a sigh.
Again take a deep breath in,
Stomach and rib cage expand.
When you're ready,
Exhale with a sigh.
One last deep breath in through your nose.
And out with a sigh.
Now relax and breathe in and breathe out slowly,
Naturally and easily throughout the course of this meditation.
Now gently bring your awareness into the space in the middle of your chest and inwards.
This is your heart's energy center.
Breathe in fresh energy into the space and exhale relaxing into its love.
As you breathe,
Gently repeat the affirmations in your mind or out loud with me.
I am willing to forgive.
Forgiveness is a gift to myself.
As I forgive,
I set myself free.
I now choose to release all hurt and resentment.
I release anger and forgive my own well-being.
I let go and allow my heart the space it deserves to thrive.
The more I forgive,
The more I relax into my inner peace.
I let go anger and pain and I welcome new beginnings.
I forgive those who have harmed me in my past and peacefully detach from them.
I am forgiving,
Healing and finding a peaceful path forward.
I forgive and set myself free from sufferings.
I liberate myself from my past.
I choose to be happy and free.
Now gently bring your palms and fingers together in prayer hands in front of your heart and keep breathing slowly and deeply.
I am happy,
Wise and free.
I am happy,
Wise and free.
I am happy,
Wise and free.
Feeling the healing energy flows through your body naturally.
I am forgiveness and I choose to forgive everyone and everything.
I choose to be happy and free.
Feeling the fullness and wholeness of who you are in this moment.
Now take a deep breath in,
Stomach and ribcage expand.
And exhale with a sigh.
Gently roll your shoulders,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Open your eyes to the world around you.
Feeling the energy of forgiveness in every cell of your body.
