Softly close your eyes.

Bring your awareness into your breath.
Taking a cleansing breath in.
And exhale out slowly.

Deep breath in.
Breathe out slowly.
One more.
Deep breath in.
And breathe out.
Allow your breathing to settle in a natural rhythm.
Feeling grateful.
Grateful for this morning.
For the new day.
Feeling grateful for the amazing things you are going to achieve today.
Now breathe in.
And breathe out.
If you can,
Place one or both palms gently over your heart.
Repeating the words,
The morning mantra,
Silently in your mind.
I believe in myself.

Breathing in the power of the mantra into your heart.
Feeling the empowerment in your mind.
Truly believing in your deepest intention.
Believing in yourself.

Breathe in calm.
Breathe out any tension.

You are supported.
