So getting yourself in a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down,
Just begin to take a few easy,
Deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Breathing however feels good for you,
With the intention to let go of what came before,
Of what will come after and inviting yourself to fully arrive right here,
Right now.
Breathing as you gather all the pieces and parts that can become so scattered in our busy world,
So fully arriving right here,
Right now.
Letting the world begin to melt away as you gently close your eyes.
Letting the breath find an easy,
Natural rhythm.
Often times we move faster than the rhythm of life,
So letting yourself slow down as you breathe and soften your face,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your hands.
Letting your body settle down into the surface below,
Allowing yourself to be held by the earth,
By the support underneath you.
Letting yourself really feel held by the earth,
How she is unconditionally supporting you,
Knowing that you too are built from this ancient,
Wild earth.
Opening the body as you allow your center of gravity to drop out of the field of thinking and into the aliveness of the body.
Opening to the mystery of this moment.
Breathing into your own inner landscape as you breathe.
Noticing what sensations are here.
Temperature.
Movement.
Blank space.
Pressure.
Just noticing what's alive in your body as you breathe and are held by the earth.
And allowing things to be just as they are,
No need to fix or change or make anything better.
Just opening to your current present moment experience.
I invite you to bring one or both hands to lie on your heart center as you take some full breaths into this space.
Moving all the way to the back of the heart as you tune in,
Plug in and awaken your connection to your own wisdom,
Your own power,
Your own divinity.
Sending yourself permission here to feel any stuck emotions or to breathe into any stagnant energy.
Feeling if there is any desire in your body to flow,
To feel,
To release as you breathe with your heart.
Letting your breath and your heart space recalibrate your system as you breathe and soften into your edges.
Allowing the body to move or wiggle or shake or sigh or make noise,
Following whatever intuitive impulses the heart and body are asking for as you breathe,
As you soften.
Taking a few last full breaths into your heart space,
Feeling the back of the heart.
Perhaps bowing your head in gratitude for this time to connect in with yourself.
Feeling held once again by the earth,
Really receiving this support and taking it with you,
Remembering that you are always being held by the earth,
By something vast and expansive.
Namaste.
