Hello,

Welcome.

Are you ready to imagine you are floating up,

Up into the sky among the stars?

Let's start by relaxing your body and preparing for rest.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and exhale it out your open mouth with a big sigh.

Good.

Finding the most comfortable position for your head on your pillow.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose again and exhale it out your open mouth.

Now relax your shoulders down your back,

Wiggling them a little bit to find the most comfortable position in your bed.

And with each deep breath,

You relax even deeper.

Just noticing how warm or cold the air is as it goes in and out of your nose.

Feel your chest fill up like a balloon as you breathe in and feel it relax deeper into your bed as you breathe out.

And now just see if you can relax even more into your bed.

And as you close your eyes softly,

You start drifting off into the night sky as you listen to this story.

There once was a little girl with blonde curls named Hannah.

Every night when her mother tucked her into bed tight,

She would venture out to see the stars.

She loved the stars more than anything.

She loved how they sparkled and twinkled and sometimes shot across the sky.

And whenever she saw a shooting star,

She would make a wish for a friend to watch the stars with her.

Every night she came back to this spot and watched the stars and dreamed.

And one night her wish came true.

She saw a little boy in the neighbor's yard looking at the stars.

So she walked towards the little boy and said,

What is your name?

He said,

I'm Erin.

She said,

Do you love the stars too?

He said,

Yes.

Hannah grabbed his hand and wished as hard as she could to fly.

And they started floating up,

Up towards the stars.

They held each other's hands tightly and looked at each other excitedly.

They were flying high into the sky towards the stars.

They floated up,

Up to the moon and saw the craters and beautiful light shining from it.

They floated amongst the stars and saw them twinkling and shooting across the sky.

They saw the constellations and pictures,

The stars made up close.

They saw the North star directly in front of them.

They saw the Big Dipper and the Little Dipper.

And as they kept floating higher and higher,

They saw big stars and little stars.

Some were brighter than others and they were all different colors depending on their temperature.

Some were blue stars,

White stars,

Yellow stars,

Orange and red stars.

Each star was different and beautiful and unique.

Hannah had never been so happy.

They floated amongst the moon and stars all night long.

They laughed and floated and made wishes on shooting stars every night from then on.

All she had to do was wish on a star and her dream came true.

Hannah knew she could always count on the stars to remind her to believe.

She only had to believe and trust and her dreams would come true.

You too can float among the stars my darling.

Whenever you look up at the stars,

Remember to believe and trust in yourself and your wishes will come true.

As you float among the twinkling stars,

As you drift off to sleep,

Relaxing deeply,

Sleeping soundly and waking at the perfect time,

Completely rested in the morning.

Feeling it safe to sleep as you drift through the night sky,

Floating among the stars as you drift off to sleep,

Relaxing deeply,

Sleeping soundly.

You too can float among the stars my darling.
