Sit in a comfortable seat with your hands in your lap.
Breathe in deeply filling your diaphragm with new refreshing air and slowly exhale out your mouth.
Bring your focus deep into your heart where your inner guide resides.
Breathe in while thinking,
I am and breathe out while thinking,
Love.
Continue thinking,
I am love on the in and out breath.
This will help you return to your true nature.
As you breathe deeply,
Let these words flow over your heart and wash over you as I say them aloud.
Dear inner guide,
I sit with the intention of connecting more deeply with you now.
I know you are always in the present,
Always loving and peaceful and you are always shining this through me.
I intend to release anything in my heart that is blocking this peace from filling my body and feeling you flow through me now.
Take another deep breath in and feel the love from deep within your heart starting to awaken.
You may want to focus your attention on someone or something that you deeply love to connect with this regenerative feeling of love.
Once you have cultivated this feeling,
Really lock that feeling into your heart and envision it flowing up and down your body into every crevice and extremity.
Now radiate this feeling out to others,
Your family,
Your friends,
Your community,
Your state,
Your country and finally the whole world.
Enjoy this deeply peaceful alignment with your inner guide,
Letting this love and joy pass through you for the next few minutes.
