Hello everyone and welcome to Breathwork for Healing.

Let's start by finding a comfortable place to be,

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

Start to relax your body and clear your mind.

This breathwork practice can be activating.

So if any intense thoughts or emotions come up,

I invite you to place your dominant hand on your forehead and your other hand on the back of your neck.

This is a technique to regulate the nervous system and relax the body.

And it is now yours to try.

Let's begin by taking in a deep breath through the mouth.

Now let's exhale.

You'll loop this breath through the mouth to make it uninterrupted and continuous.

You're welcome to join me,

But I suggest that you find your own comfortable pace.
