So glad I found this work u are doing. Needed this one so badly today. I am having a hard time, I don't what to do. I feel like giving up a lot. Throwing all my hard work over the years and going and getting in fights. I really really want to get even Bec it helps me not feel the shame of not doing anything. I hate fake regilious ppl who use virtue and the illusion of virtue to manipulate and twist things into their favor. I guess I just need to advert my eyes and just know that even though I am being held for things I have already moved from by my family, peers and people I don't even know and don't even know me. I guess it's time I say f*ck everybody that doesn't deserve my help and focus on myself. Practice saying no to myself again. Until I'm strong and confident enough, I don't think I should be going anywhere or any place that triggers me.
