And today,
I wanted to talk to you about waking up your inner wild woman.
So I invite you to get really nice and comfortable in your seat.
Notice the ground beneath you.
Notice the way your bum is being supported.
Allow your spine to be long and tall.
And then turn your attention to your breath.
You can close your eyes if that feels good for you or leave them open.
This is your practice today.
So just turning your attention to your breath,
Beginning to notice how it's moving through you.
Notice if there's tension,
Tightness,
And just allow yourself to soften.
And as your breath begins to regulate,
Begins to deepen and lengthen,
And invite you to turn your attention towards the idea of a wild woman.
I want you to notice what those words awaken in you,
Wild woman.
What do you notice?
What do you feel inside as you think about connecting to your inner wild woman?
What does that mean for you?
What would it look like in your life to fully embody your inner wild woman?
What it mean dancing in the rain,
Singing,
Creating,
Being out in the world?
I want you to just take this time,
Really feel into the energy of that wild woman.
Find that spark within you and allow it to expand.
Notice what it feels like.
Notice what part of you lights up.
Sending your breath into those spaces,
Allowing your breath to fan that spark and expand that concept of wild woman within you.
Taking as much time as you need here to allow yourself to fully embody that wild woman.
And when this feels complete to you,
Coming back to this moment,
But remembering she is you.
And anytime you need that wild woman is available for you to expand and appreciate.
You call on her anytime you need.
