This is a short meditation to help you connect in with your body.
Taking your hands,
Placing them on your heart,
Closing your eyes,
And allowing yourself to become comfortable.
Noticing if there's any movements you need to make,
Any shifts.
And then turning your attention to your breath.
Noticing how your breath is moving in this moment.
Noticing what is,
Doing your best not to judge,
Just allowing whatever comes into your awareness to be there.
And once you've noticed what is,
I invite you to begin to deepen your breath,
To really become aware of the air as it moves into your body and as you release it.
Exhaling and exhaling slowly,
Mindfully,
With awareness.
Taking three more deep breaths.
And then slowly opening your eyes and coming back to this present moment.
My hope is that this short practice allowed you to become present here and now.
