Hello wonderful being,
Thank you for choosing me to be your guide today.
So take your time to settle into a comfortable posture,
Take a look around you and notice you know what is it around you,
What do you see?
Most of the times we are here but we don't actually see things that are in front of us.
So just take it in,
Just notice yourself being here in this environment.
Once you take in the space or the room that you are in,
You can now gently close your eyes.
If you don't feel comfortable in closing your eyes,
You can alternatively lower your gaze.
Just to limit visual distraction and notice the surface beneath you,
Feeling the support of Mother Earth.
If any sound or any sensation distracts you,
Then that's okay.
You can gently bring your awareness back to the surface beneath you.
Letting go of your weight and feeling fully supported.
Now as you embrace yourself in this cocoon of warmth and safety,
Gently bring your attention to your breath.
Noticing the breath flowing in,
Inhaling peace and exhaling any tension from your body.
Now on your next breath,
Imagine that as you inhale,
The breath touches your heart and as you exhale,
The breath takes away any burden or blockage.
As you touch your heart in this way,
Imagine the doors of your heart opening,
Opening to the wisdom of the universe or God or whatever you believe in.
And repeat to yourself,
Affirm to the universe that I am open to receive what I need to hear and what I need to work on.
You can repeat after me,
I am open to receive what I need to hear and what I need to work upon.
One more time,
I am open to receive what I need to hear and what I need to work upon.
Now,
If it feels okay,
Just let your heart be open for this session and bring your awareness back to the surface beneath you.
Feel yourself being held by this universe or by God and whenever you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
It's okay,
Even with our eyes open,
That universe or God is always with us,
Meeting this world with an open heart.
