Emptying your cup,
Clearing your mind and your emotions.
Throughout life we fill our mind full of thoughts and ideas,
And our emotions build up over the years like emotional baggage we carry for generations.
Within this guided meditation I'm going to take you on a journey of clearing your cup,
Freeing your mind of thoughts and clearing your body of emotions so that you can become present and connected within this moment,
So that you can set yourself free and enjoy the gift that is this present moment.
So let's start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your mouth,
In through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
One more time,
In through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
And as you do that and focus on your breathing,
Allow each and every muscle and fibre in your body to relax.
As you relax your mind,
You can also relax your body as you begin emptying your cup.
What I'd love for you to do is think of all those thoughts and ideas inside of your mind,
And as you think of all of this in your mind at this moment,
Allow them to slowly and surely be released.
When a thought comes into your mind,
Allow it to drift away in the same moment.
As those thoughts come in,
You can let them go and release them in the same moment,
Allowing yourself to become at peace with yourself.
It doesn't matter if these thoughts are positive,
Or even those thoughts that may be deemed negative.
Allow yourself to clear your mind in this moment and empty your cup,
Knowing that when you're ready to reconnect with these thoughts,
They can show up in those right moments in time.
But for this moment,
You can allow them to be released.
Bring those thoughts into your mind and allow them to drift away in this same moment as you connect with the now.
Allow yourself to be still,
Knowing that this peace within you will allow you to let go and free yourself from the thoughts that you have within your mind.
Let go,
Release and find peace.
And then we are going to go on a journey of releasing these emotions that you have inside.
So now that we've released some of those thoughts that you have within,
I'm going to take you on a journey of releasing and letting go of these emotions as well.
I want you to imagine going on a journey and imagine on this journey that you have a large backpack filled with all the things that you need on your journey in order to get to your desired destination.
And as you fill up this backpack,
Allow yourself to take that journey in nature where you can connect with yourself and your surroundings.
As you walk through nature,
Notice the heaviness of this backpack.
Notice all the emotions that you have carried with you over the years.
Allow yourself to play witness to these emotions,
Knowing that they've served some purpose up until now.
But in this moment,
You can allow them to be released.
So take one step at a time as you connect with yourself and nature.
Allow yourself to take that walk in the woods,
Connecting with the fresh air and feeling the earth beneath your feet.
As you walk through the woods,
Allow yourself to take out anything from your backpack,
One thing at a time.
As you take that out of your backpack,
Give it back to Mother Earth.
As she recycles it and you release it,
Allow yourself to become lighter in this moment as you free yourself from this emotion and you let the emotion go.
As you take a slow and steady walk,
One step at a time,
Take another thing out of your rucksack and as you take it out,
Give it back to Mother Earth and allow her again to recycle it so that you can release it,
Allowing yourself to let go of any emotional baggage that you find.
As you take more steps,
Take more out of your backpack,
Give it back to Mother Nature and again allow her to recycle it.
You're going to empty your cup,
Freeing your mind and clearing your emotions so that you can truly become at one with yourself,
Connected with the now,
Knowing that the best thing about the past is that it's over,
The great thing about the future is it's yet to come,
But the most important thing about now is that it's a gift as we are in the present.
So allow yourself to release from any emotional baggage that you find within your backpack.
Allow yourself to dig deep,
Connect with these emotions,
Bring them to the surface and give them back to Mother Earth as you release it in the now.
Any thoughts that come up into your mind,
Allow them to be released at the same time,
Knowing that this moment is all that we have and by emptying your cup,
You allow yourself to embrace new opportunities,
Connect with new and vibrant emotions.
As you take a walk in the woods,
Allow yourself to take a sip from your water as you top yourself up now,
Top yourself up with all the good things and all the things that you can look forward to,
Because once you've emptied your cup,
You can allow it to fill back up again,
But only at your own pace and time,
Because we have to recycle our thoughts as well as recycle our emotions to bring in this beautiful fresh start.
So take care,
Let go and empty your cup.

Just allow yourself to release and in a moment I'm going to take you out of this beautiful and peaceful guided meditation and what I'd love for you to do is bring your clear thoughts with you,
As you've cleared your mind and your emotions,
Setting yourself free.
That's right,
Allow yourself to slowly and tentatively come back to this present moment in time.
