Hello and welcome to the Shamanic Wolf Meditation here on Insight Timer.

Spirit Animal of the Wolf awakens your wild spirit and brings freedom to your soul.

Wolves will guide you to follow your instincts as you embrace your unique soul purpose.

Wolves are much like dogs though in the way that they have the deep connection with their soul family.

However wolves also like to break away free from the pack and go it alone.

So within this guided meditation I'm going to assist you on your journey to connect with the Spirit Animal of the Wolf as you connect with your unique soul purpose and you awaken your wild spirit within as you connect with your soul.

And now I'm going to guide you on a journey of connecting with the beautiful spirit of the wolf.

Imagine now walking in the beautiful vastness of nature.

Listen to the sounds of the birds as they tweak in the distance.

Feel the earth beneath your feet and the wind in your hair as you feel at one with yourself,

Nature and the universe.

Imagine walking in the depth of night and yet the moon is lighting the skies and guiding you in the direction of your dreams.

Imagine now walking slowly and peacefully in nature,

Connecting with your surroundings,

Connecting with Mother Earth and feeling very much at peace with yourself.

The moon is very much different than other moons.

This is the wolf moon and the wolf is calling you,

Howling at you,

Asking you to connect with your journey,

Your path as you're guided to your calling.

Feel the vibration of the drum as you're being called within,

As you walk in nature.

Notice a beautiful forest up in front of you.

As you walk to the entrance of the forest,

You notice there is no way and there is no path.

It may feel like you're at a crossroads.

On the left,

There seems to be a path that has been walked before and yet you don't feel guided to take that path.

On the right,

There is very much a new path that is being paved for you,

That you feel guided to take this path.

This is where your heart is leading you and this is where you are hearing the howling of the wolf.

Allow yourself to connect with that path,

Take that path and walk each and every step at your own pace,

Steadily,

Easily and effortlessly.

You may notice some branches in the way and yet they're only covering the path somewhat.

You can slowly clamber over them or meander through them and you're starting to notice that you're feeling much more connected with your path and your journey.

It's as if you know which way to go,

For your soul is calling you from within.

And as you connect with your own heartbeat,

You connect with the heartbeat of nature.

Becoming at one with yourself,

Nature and the universe allows yourself to be guided from your soul,

From what is calling you from within.

And you notice the howling of the wolf as it's guiding you into the direction of your desires and your dreams and what is being called from within you.

You walk slowly into the forest,

You stop for a moment,

Look around and you notice the wolf sat there.

Your heart beat quicker in the moment and then you stop steadily and you look at one another in the eyes.

Your eyes lock and you feel very much connected with this wolf and you're very much connected with yourself.

Becoming at one with yourself allows you to become at one with this incredible wolf that will sit there and guide you on your journey.

As you lock eyes,

Allow yourself to immerse into that wolf,

Float into the body of that wolf as you feel very much interconnected with it and within yourself.

As you float into its body,

Feel the strength that comes from within and connect with the heartbeats of the wolf in the moment and feel the presence of the wolf itself and the moon as it guides you on the next phase of your journey and your pathway.

Imagine now walking through the forest as this wolf.

Feel the earth beneath your paws.

Feel the rawness of who you are as an individual and allow yourself to connect with the energy that you feel within yourself,

That courage,

That strength and that honour that is held within the wolf.

As you walk steadily into the forest,

You notice an opening and as you notice this opening,

It's like an entrance,

Like a circular area of the forest where your wolf pack meet.

And slowly your wolf pack begins to enter this circular area.

You begin to feel very much connected with them as you feel very much connected with yourself.

The wolf is very much in the same family of the dog but they're very much connected with their brothers,

Their sisters and the pack themselves.

As you walk around this circle,

Connecting with your brothers,

Your sisters and your soul tribe,

Feel that interconnectedness and feel that love of family as you connect with that feeling inside of yourself.

As they nurture you,

You nurture them.

Feel the unconditional love that they give you in this moment and allow yourself to give that unconditional love back to them.

Like nature,

Nature is giving and receiving like your soul family is to you.

As they give to you,

You give back to them and the laws of the universe and nature.

Allow yourself to live in the flow in the moment and love each and every experience as you become present with it.

Connect with the memories of your own family.

Whether that's your soul family or your blood family.

Notice that they surround you all the time to give you that love,

That courage and that strength to move forward on your journey,

To move forward on your pathway.

Yet as you sit there and connect with your family,

You begin to notice a calling coming from within you.

However much you love,

Your family can connect with the beautiful feelings of family.

Know you can go back there at any time.

So as a wolf,

You have your own individual calling where you connect with your own teacher,

With your own guide and you follow your own path as you look up to the moon and it lightens the sky and it lightens the forest.

Allow yourself to howl at the moon for this moment.

As you howl at this moon you notice,

Connect with that feeling,

You know that you're guided to follow your own path,

Your own mission.

You are the pathfinder for yourself and you are there to support others on their journey as well.

In a moment you may feel that slight apprehension as you think about connecting with your own path and your own journey and you feel yourself moving away from the path.

This apprehension is a good thing for you but it's giving you that courage and allowing you to notice that this is what is being called from within you.

Now allow yourself to move from the path.

Take your own path.

Allow yourself to walk through the forest all by yourself.

Feel that courage and strength within you.

As you feel that courage and strength within yourself,

Allow yourself to connect with the energy of the family and the Wolfpack.

They are always giving you the courage to move forward on your journey and path.

Yet they realise you are here to walk the path on your own.

You are the alpha of your path.

You are building your own tribe and the other wolves are following in your footsteps.

As you look behind you,

You notice the other wolves following behind you and walking beside you.

This gives you greater courage and strength each and every day for you are known for walking your own path and you are lighting up the way for others who follow behind you.

Feel that courage,

Feel that strength.

Connect with that inner teacher,

Connect with that inner pathfinder and notice you feel very much present and at peace with yourself.

The wolf allows you to connect with your ego,

Your self and your shadow and the rawness of who you are in the moment.

You are individualistic,

You are you and that is beautiful,

That is incredible.

Connect with that courage,

Connect with that strength and allow yourself to feel that in every single moment.

You may allow yourself to slowly run in the forest and again you feel the freedom in your stomach and in your heart.

That freedom feels amazing and again you can feel the earth beneath your paws and you can feel the wind in your hair and in your fur.

That feels like freedom doesn't it?

It feels absolutely beautiful and incredible.

Allow that feeling and courage to come from within you as you walk your path and you connect with your journey.

If you look up to the moon you notice the silhouette of a wolf as you can see a reflection of yourself.

As you notice the reflection of yourself you notice the interconnectedness of yourself,

The nature with the wolf pack and you become at one with all of it.

Looking up at the moon you also allow yourself to hear the calling from within you and the howling of the wolf.

This is the wolf spirit guiding you every step of the way and on your journey.

All you have to do is stop for a moment and allow yourself to listen.

When we allow ourselves to be present and connected within that moment we allow ourselves the stillness to bring ourselves clarity,

Direction and intuition to guide us on our path each and every day.

And then the wolf can take a stride in each and every moment towards their desires and their dreams.

Allow yourself for a moment to create a vision of what it is that you desire and want to manifest in your life.

As you connect with that dream allow yourself to imagine yourself as if it is already happening in your life.

Notice that feeling of happiness and contentment in that moment.

Notice the people that surround you,

Again your family,

Your friends but notice your walk in your own path.

You feel very much at peace with that and yet as you notice what you've manifested you feel very much happy and content with yourself and those you've supported on their journey So now you have connected with the spirit animal of the wolf.

Allow yourself to connect with your unique soul purpose and passion as you bring it into the present moment and connect with the now and your surroundings.
